The New Primal Blueprint

Whilst delivery was quick, the book was evidently used and was also dirty. There were stains on the front and back of the book and the edges were dented. It wasn't cheap either. Very disappointed as its a hassle to have to return it.

I rarely received a product in such a bad state! The book is dirty even though I tried to clean it! That's very disapointing.If the book is too dirty, it shouldn't be sold as a new book. I've seen second hands stuff way cleaner than this!The content of the book is a good reference.

A brilliant book full of well researched advise. will change the way you look at eating.

Interesting book - need to read it all
