I have back pain for awhile now. Heard some good thing about vibrating roller. I purchased this Ninja Gear vibrating foam roller to see if it will help relive my back pain. This roller have 5-speed. The 5th speed is quite strong but I find that the first speed is enough for me as does its hard outer shell. It does help, especially after a long day of work. I also use this to help relieve my stiff neck and sore shoulders too. Recommend it for muscles relief.

that is my first foam roller and i must say its amust have. the vibrating levels are great, i used mostly level 2 and 3 and the batry last for maybe 3 hours. level 4 and 5 are very strong/ its very easy to operate and full reacharging time is maybe one hour. it has asafety mechanism that stop the vibration after someting like 15 minutes of use wish the same level of speed, propebly in case you fell asleep or someting like that. its not shuting down totally so you jest need to press the vibrating button and it starts again. the low level feels great in my neck area. other levels are great for all the muscles in the body from legs, hands, back, feet, chest and ... i have it for only aweek but until now its not less then amazing. great prodact... update - 17.1.19 - i noticed the engine start making less smooth noise and decided to return it. i also had the hyper ice vyper 2 and you can feel agreat deference between the two. the vyper is stronger and also smoother in the engine part. the problem is that the vyper stopped charging after only 2 weeks wich seems to be a common phenomenon to other useres. 27.1.19 the company has agreat costumer service. lisa approach me ask if she can do anything to make me feel good. so i already order from other company it looks like they care about there costumer satisfaction. i have to say that before the problem this roller was great. its stronger then most of the rollers in the market.

My Ninja Foam Roller arrived ~2 months ago. I charged the unit immediately and used it the next day. I would roll-out about once/week for 5 - 10 minutes and could tell the vibrating unit was helping to alleviate my upper back pain/stiffness. The first charge lasted for 8-10 uses (which greatly impressed me) but when I tried to charge it the second time the unit shorted out and/or the battery failed. I'm very disappointed with the product and its limited lifespan. I like the vibrating foam roller (general concept) but would never recommend this specific product, brand and vender.

I’ve been using The Ninja Gear Vibrating Foam Roller daily for a little over two weeks and I am somewhat addicted to it. I would probably rate this product 4 ½ stars, rather than 5, however the cons are relatively minor (I’ll get to those at the end of my review) and fall into the category of, “it would be nice to have”, rather than, “I expected it to have”. I run marathons and run 40 to 50 miles a week. I have been foam rolling every morning for a pretty long time and decided to try a vibrating foam roller because my massage therapist (deep tissue / sports massage) sometimes uses a pulsating device on my muscles. Seemed to make sense to incorporate pulses into my daily foam rolling. Amazon has a lot of vibrating foam rollers on their site and making a decision was difficult. Most of the foam rollers have four speeds. I found two with five speeds. Both seemed to be identical, however I decided to buy the Ninja Gear because it was advertised as being an inch longer than the competition. This was incorrect by the way, and the vendor quickly corrected the bullet points when I pointed out their mistake. I was a bit apprehensive when I received the Ninja Gear. Even though the foam roller came shrink-wrapped and was obviously new, it arrived in a plain box (no branding) without any instructions. I received an email the following day from the vendor with a PDF of the user manual. As a side note, I suggest purchasing the Ninja Gear with a credit card that extends the warranty because, even though the vendor reached out a couple of times and responded to my email, I have reservations that they will be around in 12 months to honor the warranty if anything should go wrong. I was immediately impressed with the Ninja Gear. It seemed well made – a quality product. It took about 2 hours to charge and then I tried it. I was immediately impressed. The vibration intensity was strong and, although I’ve never tried a vibrating foam roller before and have nothing to compare this to, the vibration was better than I had expected. After my first session my legs felt really good. It’s difficult to put into words exactly how I felt, but the best I can do is to say that my legs felt lighter. As previously mentioned, the Ninja Gear has five levels (RPMs). Level one is basically useless, at least to me. I find myself using levels 2 and 3 (mostly 3) most often. It’s fun to ramp up the rpms to levels 4 and 5, however I’m not sure there’s any additional benefit with those higher rpms because, even though the vibration is faster it doesn’t seem to be any more intense. One of the best things about the Ninja Gear is that, because I like using it so much, I’ve been foam rolling at least twice a day and my legs seem to have benefited noticeably. Here’s a list of pros and cons: Pro 1. I like the material and the profile of the Ninja Gear. The material is very hard with just a slight bit of give and the profile contains rounded ridges which help you get into the muscles. Probably not great for someone new to foam rolling, though. 2. Battery life is quite good. I use the Ninja Gear 15 to 20 minutes a day at mostly levels 2 and 3 and I was down to 20% after the first week. After charging back to 100% I’m still at over 20% after another 7 days. 3. Intensity indicator and battery level indicators are well laid out and easy to read. I like the fact that the battery indicator is segmented into 20% intervals rather than 25% as in some other foam rollers I looked at on Amazon. 4. Good vibration intensity. Con 1. It would be useful to have a remote and to be able to change the intensity up or down. The Ninja Gear cycles through the levels going up only. 2. Coming from a 36” foam roller, it takes a bit of an adjustment to using a 12” foam roller. It’s not a big deal, one just has to be a bit more precise with muscle positioning. 3. Questions about the viability of the vendor down the road. In conclusion, I am very happy with my purchase and it has helped me tremendously. Highly recommended!

The product comes well wrapped and arrived faster than expected. The product has a very powerful motor and the selection switches make it easier to control. This thing has been helping my lower back and tight muscle. It’s equivalent to a massage, in my eyes at least.

My daughter pulled her hamstring at softball practice and a friend recommended getting one of these. This works great! It has multiple speed settings (we used a lower speed setting for her leg) and it’s large enough to put underneath her leg. Worked great!

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. Unfortunately it didn't work at all. It wouldn't charge and not a single LED indicator would light up to indicate anything. Product was not shipped in the original manufacturers box and didn't come with instructions. They were emailed separately. Avoid this product!

Bought this to supplement the one I use at the gym. This really surprised me with the power and how long each charge lasts. Happy with purchase
