There are quite a few versions of this under different brand names, but I suspect they're all very similar. I bought this one for a motorhome. It's really just a thick metal cable, sheathed in plastic with a fabric high-viz cover that goes through your steering wheel then clips into your seat belt socket, with a lockable cover over the release button so it can't be unclipped. This acting as a steering wheel lock. It's easy to fit and quite compact, certainly far less bulky than the old club-style steering wheel locks. It seems quite well made, although I really can't guess how long it would take a determined and 'professional' vehicle thief to get it off. However, it's a good visible deterrent, and would certainly put off a casual thief and cause them to look elsewhere. I use it in conjunction with other security measures (wheel lock and tracker) to keep my investment safe!

I'm quite pleased with this steering lock. It works very well, is easy to use and, hopefully, will be a deterrent. The only thing I wonder about is the strength of the internal cable and whether it will be able to withstand metal cutters etc. Otherwise, I think it does the job.

The item arrived safely and quickly. It seems quite well made and does the job. If you have a Skoda Superb it is a bit awkward to fit to the seat belt anchorage. The seat has to be moved forward a little and the back lowered a little as there is not enough room between the seat edge and the centre tunnel. When you have fitted it you can set your seat to the normal driving position on the auto seat controls. To remove lock this is very simple as just putting in key and pressing the release button does not need the seat moving. Other makes of vehicle might not be suitable for the fittings as it is very wide and y and newer vehicles do not have much clearance between seat and centre tunnel.

Easy to use seems very strong

It is easy to put on but a but fiddly with key to get off if the key is on your car key ring so I need to keep key separate from the bunch of keys. But overall a good product.
