Hair looks natural and the colour doesn't fade

in the first picture it is before the 1st wash, in which there was an exrrem of spleen color, and in the 2nd picture it is after the 3rd wash.because it is a professional (permanent) paint that is used in beauty salons, I had high expectations. the price is quite high, I bought 3 tubes and used 3% peroxide. after 3 washes you can barely see a little of the color. all the color ran with every wash. I am convinced that if I had bought a cheaper paint, this would not have happened. it is not the first time that koleston perfect disappoints me. I give up this brand.

This is not the real deal. When processing the colour comes out way too grey for a warm /89. This colour acts more like a 12/1. When rinsed you can still see tones of ash on wet hair. I will order from my own reputable supplier in future; it's too risky otherwise. This must be part of a bad batch that Wella had discarded; trust me it happens.

I used this in Violet Mahogany with the matching Wella 30vol. The colour turned out red.
