Wolfer Juniors Grade 3+ English Willow Cricket Bat - Size 5

Hi , The actual weight is around 1000+ gm while in one of the video by Wolfer team it is shown as 810gm . May be yheir weghing scale is not correct. The pick of bat is good nd weight is well distributed. Though professional sellers should list correct weight in the description.

I want you to read the full review instead it's bit long. This all started when I bought this Wolfer Junior English willow bat for my 9 year old son, about a month ago. It's a quick dilivery and the bat we received was super light in it's catagory. Since it was Diwali time so most of the cricket coaching academies in Mumbai had vacations of around a week. But when it reopens and my son took the bat to his academy, it was rejected on day one by the coach there saying that it was too light to play with season ball and may harm the wrist of the batsman with a jerk. They also termed it as a English willow bat which is not up to mark. I was highly disappointed with the feedback as I bought this bat after reading lots of positive reviews. Meanwhile I talk to the Amazon for replacement but get a reply that the bat can't be exchanged or returned as the return window was closed by that time. Though they said that I can talk to the merchant directly and tell them about the issue. Well, with some disappointment I write a mails to the Wolfer but to my surprise I got the reply on same day. After exchanging few mails Wolfer team talks to me directly, listen to my issue with utmost attention and suggest me with some really practical solutions. Finally after some discussion they not only provide me with the replacement bat but one with proper weight and balance. And this all happened within a week. So the once rejected bat at the cricket academy is now the most appreciated one with this replacment. The coach there is now very happy with the new bat and I am told that it's the best what anyone can get in small size with English willow.In this whole process I also come to know that Wolfer is a sports startup which mainly deals in cricket equipments. I am really impressed with the wolfer product now and even more by the young and talented management there. I wish them all the success in future and hope that one day they will become a well know company in sports equpiments. Thanks u once again team wolfer.

Looked very nice on first look. However, looking deeper, found the first bat had to be returned due to extremely big uneven/wobbly grained knotted willow (see pics). The return was very quick and was replaced with a second bat that had less uneven/wobbly grained knots on the willow. Seem to have been replaced on a quick turnaround as the English willow label was missing this time. Good enough to hesitantly accept and give the maker benefit of the doubt. Respectfully light as mentioned. Correct weight for my 14 year to play technically. However, yet to test in the field. Will keep everyone informed on how things go. Packaging was extremely good and very safe. Thank u Amazon on that. I have read a lot about reliability and precision of Wolfer manufacturers and had high expectations. Slightly concerned with the brief performance tested. Perhaps, it may be best for them to get things right as much as possible 1st time. Like ensure that all bats are good straight grained willow. This will ensure professionalism that the manufacturer and Amazon advertise during the marketing process.Performance pretty good.

Wolfer Juniuor's Grade 3+ is an amazing English willow bat in its price range:-As we are very invested in the game of cricket and I have used bats that are made in various parts of the world, I must say I am most pleased with this one. Bats that are handmade gives better performance than a machine made bat as that's what I personally feel. Perfect profile, well distributed sweet spot from mid to low and a strong toe.Amazing multicolor color with an extraordinary grip color, style and pattern. The bat came with a nice padded foam cover. It is authentic English willow with 10 grains, with no marks on the front face.They have an excellent pickup. That is thanks to the design. It feels lighter than bats of the same thickness and yet an amazing stroke.Proper thickness for hitting big shots.Bat ping was great. Perhaps it required only a bit of knocking.Any day better than the all the other Mid range English Willow's that I have used.Bat arrived before the expected time so a great customer service.It definitely qualifies for a top grade expensive English Willow Bat.Both my children use the bat and the quality of their shots and cricket have definitely improved.

Don't like the packaging and bat cover bat cover is very lame bat cover is like a tennis bat cover I hope wolfer company will sort the cover isuue once again cover vary bad but the cricket bat is very good but the bat lloks like tennis bat too thin

My son used the bat after 2 days of purchase and knocking . Just want to say that this bat is worth every penny spend,It is a True and genuine hand made English Willow Bat, so many straight grains, no marks or knots its a perfect piece andwhen my son got his 40 runs in just 18 balls, everybody appreciated him a lot.Cricket is his passion and I am very selective about his bats and brand.However I have never been this satisfied the way I am with this brand. Plus point is the extended sweet spot which made him feel his every stroke effortless.In fact his team coach has recommended it to the whole academy. He also used the same for tennis ball and is loving it right now so much so that he insists on getting a customised one of the same brand.Totally recommended to all cricket enthusiasts.

Its a nice bat for all kind of cricket players, I did my thorough research and after reading the reviews of many English Willow bats found out that they should mostly be used by professional players. However after reading about Wolfer Bats I thought this bat can be used with any kind of cricket ball, either it be a tennis, synthetic, rubber or a leather ball and also I saw my child performing really well with it. Surprisingly it comes with a nice bat cover too. Thanks
