Excellent for Accounting and Excel.
I have a Surface Book 2 and of course it doesn't have a keypad. This can make working with extensive spreadsheets a nightmare. A friend of mine recommended a Bluetooth NumPad and I just picked this because it looked decent and inexpensive.Well, I'm writing a review because I'm very pleased with this. It pairs quickly and is very responsive. The keys feel good with good travel and feedback.Pros:Easy PairFast connection to deviceGreat feel to the keys, responsiveNO lag. When you run the numbers quickly, they appear as you type them. Critical for us accounting types!easy to navigate without looking at the keypad for 10 key entry. notch is accessible on the 5 keyBattery will probably last a very long time, like a mouse, if not longerGood build, heavy enough not to slide aroundHas rubber feet, keeps it in placeEasy access to 2 AA batteriesDo not need any instructions to pair. Just press and hold the bluetooth key for a few seconds and it goes to pair mode.Cons:Only one. Would like the notch on the 5 key to be bigger, more pronounced so I can find my way without looking a bit quicker. I think I will just put a rubber sticker on it or something with a different feel than the rest of the keys.Summary:Great, Inexpensive keypad for any application!

Huge disappointment
I ordered this in September, by December I was having to replace batteries once a week - I am a teacher so it is not in use constantly - by January the blue light comes on to say that I have turned it on, but then nothing. I'll have to go back to using my old one that connected to my laptop with a wire.

OK with Windows not with Chromebooks
Keypad works fine with Windows laptop but doesn't play nice with Acer chromebook. Num lock won't unlock and so you can't use all the functions (home, insert, delete, etc). Keep getting low battery warning even though batteries are over 1.5v after checking on my voltmeter.

Really helpful for music transcriptions
I use the $ ( and ) to start and stop "Transcribe!" from seventh string software and then the number keys to switch betwixt note values in Finale. It's a perfect combination for transcribing music recordings.

Great numberpad
I really like this number pad. It’s great to use for work on a laptop. It makes typing in numbers so much easier. I love that it connects via bluetooth and is easy to carry around. I love that it’s slim and the design that gives it an incline so it doesn’t lay flat.

Works as described
Works as described, i like that it is wireless, however key labels are hard to see in low light as there is no backlight if i could do over i would get a white one so it is easier to see in low light situations

Disappointing.
This keypad would be ideal for working from home, since my laptop doesn't have a number pad. I do a lot of accounting, and the extra keys are super helpful. What isn't helpful is the random times when the keypad gets stuck, and inputs a nonstop stream of a number - that doesn't stop when the keypad is turned off! Super disappointing.

Perfect 10-key for my laptop.
Lightweight, paired immediately, is almost instantly available every time I turn it on, fits easily in my laptop bag. Couldn't be happier.

Best cost/functionality bluetooth keypad.
Physically, the keypad is pleasing, the battery pack sits with the control circuitry and power switch at the top of the keypad, giving it a wedge shape. This means it sits at a slight angle on any surface mitigating some wrist soreness. The keys are laptop style membrane keys, with a short travel distance, they're all consistent. It's quite large, so one handed operation without a support is difficult, but it has a wide enough rim to make two handed use comfortable. This could be a positive for some users, as larger keys, combined with the divet on the 5 key, make it suitable for touch-typing. The pad has 23 keys, two of which are non standard, a calculator shortcut (which if held for 3 seconds, is also the connect button) and a key that presses 0 twice. The num-lock LED is shared with the connecting function, but only lights when the device has just been turned on or is connecting.Performance wise the pad is perfectly acceptable. It runs on two AAA cells and reliably registered inputs with line of sight to the sensor. Not been able to get out of range without losing line of sight which seems like a plus. Performance to cost, it's the best bluetooth keypad on amazon, every pad that's cheaper lacks the backspace, delete, dollar sign and brackets. It doesn't come with a bluetooth USB dongle, but every modern phone, and most modern laptops, have that function built in.My only critique is that it'd be nice if a version was offered with a £ button instead of a $. You can change settings so it does operate that way if you're savvy, but it takes a little work.

Became faulty after a few months
Really good when it was working. Only used it a couple of times a week. Battery lasted a few months and didn't turn it off between uses. Good feel.Started to repeat the last pressed key so would end up looking like this: 4444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444.....Changed batteries just in case it was that. Still broken. Not impressed. Cheap yes, but should last longer than a few months.

Great, but...
I have a Surface Pro, which is awesome, but I miss having the number pad on the right, especially when doing any kind of maths. So bought this and it is great, but, the only annoying thing is when it goes to sleep to save battery, which is obviously a kinda good thing, it takes a fair few key taps to wake it upGood size though and feels good
