Great when you don’t want to use strips. I use strips but this is great for 15 min every once and awhile and for stains the strips don’t get. I get compliments all the time about my teeth. I think this works better than strips but it is less convenient.

Plus White Gel provides such a better value over teeth whitening strips - it isn't even close. It's great that it works after one use. After I went through my first two weeks of daily use, I was able to cut down to using it twice a week to maintain my results. I saw some reviews where people talk about the gel being too watery. There's a sticker on the box that just instructs you to let the gel come to room temperature, and you should have no problems. I found this to be the case with my usage.

Update- It was refunded. Extra stars for that. I've bought this in the past & it was fine but this time it's a runny mess. Unusable.

This is a wonderful whitener I have been using it for years! Yes it is a bit messy but so much less expensive than most whiteners!

This is and easy to use and effective whitening gel that can be applied in several ways. I find using my forefinger the easiest way, though not listed for this purpose. The trick buried in the directions is to apply to the teeth, let is sit for at least 5 minutes (or more), and then brush the teeth and then rinse it off and out. I noticed a difference within a day or so, getting better with use. 2 oz will easily last far more than a few weeks, as a really small amount is used each time. It has not irritated my mouth, though I imagine some may find it sensitizing. Phosphate content. Those with kidney issues be careful.

Works great as a temporary teeth brightening system. It didn’t last long

The gel comes in a needle-nose tube that makes application pretty easy — I either apply it with my finger or load a mouth tray to spread it evenly over my teeth. A few uses in, I could see some brightening of surface stains, and it seemed especially helpful for maintaining a brighter smile in between deeper treatments. A real plus for me was that it didn’t make my teeth super sensitive like most whitening strips do for me — if you have sensitivity issues, this is a definite benefit compared with stronger products. ワイヤー矯正してたときも歯磨き粉みたいな感じで使ってました。 これ使うと、茶渋みたいな汚れは簡単に落ちます。 ホワイトニングはじめて5ヶ月。歯磨き粉として磨いたり20分パックしたりしたけど、再石灰化デーを設けておもて側だけ磨くのが私に合ってる。おもて側だけだと磨くのに粘膜に触れてる時間が短いので歯茎も舌も荒れない。 根本は黄色のグラデーションはあるけど、かなり薄くなりました。 ホワイトニング前はとうもろこしレベルの黄色さから今はＡ２くらい。他のホワイトニング歯磨き粉もホワイトニングシートも色々つかったけど。 冬は液状化するので腹巻きの中とかポケットの中であたためてから使うとちゃんとジェルに戻ります。
