GREAT READ!
I have read this book cover to cover just for fun! Great book! I’m lying. I had to buy this book for my senior year in business management school. Class made me read the book. This review is for the shipping of said book. It came fast and in better condition than I expected. Hopefully I won’t have to buy again but if you’re in a class that needs it this seller had the best price at the time.

This edition is very comprehensive in scope and user friendly for a professor-practitioner like me. It provides learning experiences that are realistic and relevant to the changing scenarios in organizations today. I love it. Thank you Mr. Brown for facilitating our role as OD mentors. God bless you for your marvelous insights and the examples of OD processes.Professor Thelma Geraldine A. BaricauaPresident, HR Approaches, Inc.

For school, it is a tough work to get through. For fun, it is worthwhile.
Really wish this spoke about consulting and the case format of assessing OD challenges. So close yet so far.

Great Book
If you are interested in developing business, management, or becoming successful at being a team leader-- This is a great book. There is a great deal of information on change management, team development, and how to continue after the change process has been completed. The book is a good source of information, and one to keep in the office library for future reference.

Organized well
The book was required for a graduate class - it was organized well and easy to read. The subject matter is somewhat dry, but I think for not being the most exciting topic, the book wasn't bad.

An easy OD textbook to get through
A very easy read, which I love. And the cases and exercises at the end of each chapter were really helpful- my class actually went over them every week. I feel like this textbook made it easy to study for our midterm and final since all of the key words and ideas were highlighted and the headings were good.

It will put you to sleep...
OMG, Where do I start?Overall, the textbook is written in a user-friendly manner that provides just enough information to learn about organizational development.HOWEVER, this book sucked. As a psych major, I was extremely intrigued to began this book and learned the many ways to assist a company in need of change. This book lacks detailed explanation of some of the most basic models of implementing change and growth in an organization. The material is incredibly dull if you are not planning on going into O/D so keep that in mind when trying to proceed through this information. Honestly, the material is not difficult and after being fed up with the way this information was presented in the book I stopped using it and still received an A in the course.

This book was well written and easy to understand
This book is a class book. This book was well written and easy to understand, but it was made like a workbook. The pages were serrated so they were starting to rip out. I was constantly repairing this book to prevent the loss of pages.
