Dirty Rigger DTY-PHOENIXXXL 2X-Large Gloves

I had been watching these gloves for a while before committing but was convinced instantly when a fellow crew member let me try them on set; He had owned it for 4 years and it still looked intact.Worth every penny for personal protection and safety at work. Only recently I had my hand in front of a blonde 2k trying to see what to flag and the crew on set warned me that the glove was smoking, I barely felt it!!!! Now had I been bare handed I would've burnt my hand or even had a cheaper generic garden glove on fire.DO NOT HESITATE, and its a lot more tidy and attractive than fiddly chunky gloves

I work as a lighting technician within the film industry and these are single handedly (pun intended) the best pair of gloves i've used for my work. They fit really nicely and offer a great level of protection. I had a pair before these that lasted almost a year of vigorous use. The ONLY downside is that the velcro strap can sometimes get in the way, and over time the velcro will get weaker. But this won't impair the quality of the gloves. I know people who have just cut off the velcro strap and used the gloves perfectly well without.

They are essential for handling hot lamps on set, but still pricey for what they are. Hate their logo - why subscribe to negative stereotyping?? I'll be going back to ARRI Branded gloves from now on.

I got these because the gaffer gloves at my film school suck. These are incredible. The build quality and sturdiness is of such a high standard that I get excited to put them on every time I have to. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Use them all the time and love them!

These are great but the longevity is awful.If you use them often, which I do the seams will open up.

Comfortable but very disappointed with the life span of these gloves, the seams have split and I now have holes in the gloves from coiling cable, bought in September and now they are useless in January
