Faulty phone.....
I would like to love this phone but when it constantly drops calls, will not charge easily unless I get the charge cord just perfectly positioned, will not stay charged for more than 2 or 3 calls.... I'm constantly upset and frustrated because this phone will NOT perform the way it should. I bought 2 of these phones. The first one I took to AT&T could not even be activated. So I sent it back immediately. Oh, BTW, I only paid 79.00 for these two phones. I see that they are now selling them for 159.00! What's up with that??????????? Don't bother. They're just not good phones....at least mine isn't! I do not recommend these phones!

Simple, basic communication device - good value
This is a hard review to write. I actually returned the item and the vendor was VERY helpful. It was purchased for my mother who was in a steep health decline and never needed this replacement phone for the identical model she had before. For an elderly person with limited vision, and familiarity with the same device, this was an easy choice. In fact, this was a durable little workhorse of a phone for several years, and I would honestly recommend it for certain users who want a simple, easy to master and maintain phone. As I said, this was a hard review to write because she has died recently, and looking at the product picture makes me think of her reluctance to adopt ANY degree of technology. However, this basic device was a lifeline for her for several years at the end when she would never have used a more sophisticated phone.Caveat: The individual device my mother owned often presented challenges with the battery. The battery frequently had to be removed and put back in place before the phone would turn on after charging from near-complete discharge. If the user has any problems with hand strength or dexterity, consider this choice carefully, particularly if the person lives alone with limited assistance. It could leave him/her without a working mobile phone, and that can be scary and dangerous, even for a brief time with a fragile person.

Alas, poor Pantech; I knew him well...
Great shone! This was the exact model I was looking for to replace my previous phone. It has great reception, excellent sound quality, good battery life, and all the features I wanted. HOWEVER, AT&T is phasing out their 3G service and will no longer activate 3G phones. Alas, poor Pantech; I knew him well...

His other Breeze was simply worn out and the new phone we got from AT&T was terrible. Finding this phone was a life saver
This is the second Breeze for my blind father-in-law. He is 87 and new technology just won't work for him. He is unable to see the keys to dial so the voice dial function works perfectly and allows him at least some independence. His other Breeze was simply worn out and the new phone we got from AT&T was terrible. Finding this phone was a life saver.

Bad Battery after a few weeks
After a few weeks, the battery can no longer be charged. When attempting to charge the battery, I receive the "Check Battery" message. The same battery from my wife's phone is able to be charged in the phone, so the battery must be bad. How can this problem be resolved?

Not good quality
I knew when I ordered this phone that it needed to be recharged more often than average, so am not going to complain about that. BUT, we ordered three at once in August, 2018. Within 3-4 months one of them no longer transfers my daughter's voice if she calls. Another has problems with the texting end. So, 1 out of 3 works as it should all the way around.

Very used in bad shape
Arrived very worn out and used. Not in good shape at all. Scratches and dents everywhere. Came with a cheap purple charger that looks like it came from the Dollar store. Very disappointed in condition of this phone.

Good simple phone
I loved my Breeze 2, but the battery died. So I bought an unlocked Breeze 3. and was able to move my SIM card and connect easily to the same AT&T network (with the loss of at least one contact: beware!). Breeze 3 is a convenient, easy--to-understand little phone (I'm 67) . But the sound quality is full of echoing and dead seconds; the battery barely lasts 24 hours with moderate use. But I'll get used to both those difficulties, rather than face the ridiculousness of a "smart" phone. Takes good pictures, but not much memory to store them.
