Virhuck VISUO XS809HW Drone with Camera 720P Foldable RC Quadcopter 2.4 GHz, with Dual Batteries 900mAh, WiFi FPV Quadcopter with Live Video Mobile APP Control Altitude Hold Mode Selfie RC Helicopter

The Virhuck Visuo XS809HW with two batteries was acquired by me after my wife gifted me a an XS809S also from Virhuck. My 809HW has two red LEDS on the nose which this new pilot found very nice.The remote is comfortable and set up with thumb sticks but it allows me to use a two finger pinch just fine. Lack of camera controls on remote is an oversight IMHO, but not a killer.Wifi stream was adequate but not inspiring for FPV , could benefit from a wifi repeater.Camera is very basic and images are not cinema quality, but adequate for reference and a goodpilot with editing skills can have incredible fun and get some camera trophies. Love the crash guards of course craft flies better without them.While the 809HW lacks the extended battery of the also excellent XS809S subjectively to me it feels 'crisper' in flight.Large community knowledge base is one reason I bought this, I was going to modify it but may have to keep it stock and get second one to void the warranty on. The lighter and more affordable batteries were a big factor in me wanting this model. I like it so well I might have to get the XS809W as well. Very surprised at the performance of this quad for its ease of operation.

This is a really unstable drone when hovering it does not stand still it starts to lean backwards and move backwards on its own so if you’re looking for a stable drone definitely do not get this, also both batteries that came with this lasted about 20 minutes before needing to be charged again, side note thatI just realized if you’re trying to use a controller and the app the Dron won’t fly at all at times, video quality is good video legs a lot.

Great I take my chocolate lab out side and he jumps 5ft in the air trying to catch it, he hardly does because it operates great once you get the hang of it, but keep in mind the battery dies with in like 10 ish mins so keep the second battery charged when you plan on having fun. It's worth it, came with extra parts as well

It has been crashing from what seems like a spindle disengaging from the props. I was able to recover the spindle and have all four of them set at the same height but it seems like 1 motor is disengaging and it takes a deep dive to one side and crashes. All the teeth look perfectly normal on the drive gears and spindle. I hear one of the motors accelerate when it takes a crash. Also it doesn't give me a warning when the battery it's too low. And it just falls from the sky.

Very fun...while it lasted after only about 8 flights one of the motors burned out. Cheap price but if you only get 1 weeks worth out of it, its not worth it. Would be 5 stars if the motors would last.

We got the drone two weeks ago. After receiving it, we went outside to take our first flight. The drone was very unstable and one of the propellers did not work. As a result, the drone crashed and got scratched very easily. We tried to fix the drone and change the propellers—however, the screw on the back left propeller doesn’t unscrew, which is a product defect. After many attempts of trying to fix and fly the drone, it is still unstable and does not fly. It keeps tilting down to the left. We’re pretty disappointed.

I am a teacher starting a drone club looking for a good drone under $50. This drone has (1) auto hover (2) auto take off (3) auto land (4) and it is very stable in the air. The headless mode works fairly well. The video camera and app are good and for a first time student, my student prefer this the best flying in a gym at school. I have not worked with video since the main purpose of this drone is flying and it does it well.

The media could not be loaded.  Great drone. Very easy to fly also faster than most drones in this class. Company is very customer service freindly..
