this book is amazing !....pictures are perfect. and the instructions are the way they should be...very clear. the book gives you a list of tools and supplies to get, sensefull tips and kinds of cord to buy for the type of work your doing. just keep in mind, when buying these kinds of books, youl never find "every single" kind of knot there is to know, theres just too much out there to fit into one book :) if you are looking for specific knots....get a book thats dedicated to a style of that knot in mind. the book is perfect for what it is offering to you, guides you through every little movement when making something. great starters book, i would recommend it to everyone.

So well-done! Great photos, easy-to-understand diagrams and suggestions for use. The central knot directory with photos makes it easy to find what you're looking for. I love it, and use it professionally.

Lovely photos and interesting knots. The only deficit here is that the explanation of how to create the knots is not very easy or clear. Overall, I enjoyed browsing through the book for ideas but was unable to actually create the knots very easily.

Many of these are very pretty. I can’t wait to try some after the holidays. I want to make earrings out of some of them.

I have wanted to get this book for quite some time. I grew up doing Macrame and wanted to try more. This book is organized like a good reference manual. The knots are listed with a photo, the name, and the page the instructions are on. And the instructions are clear and well illustrated. Thank you!

There are lots of wonderful patterns and the photos are superb. Really glad that I ordered this. It covers some knots that were not in other knotting books that I have, especially the butterfly knot. It is fun to make jewellery that is unique and unusual.

A nice book with great pictures! Enjoying it, but haven't been successful at making any of the knots. Need to have time, materials, and the book to complete the task. Maybe in the New Year!

I'm a visual learner so I love how this book is illustrated step by step. I cant wait to use these techniques!

All in all a good book for people who are already familiar with the art of knotting or macrame. As a beginner I found some knots a bit confusing, but finding a video on the internet helped me with the simple knots. From there it was great going. Provides large illustrations and alternative uses for the knots. Wide variety of knots to try out with beautiful results.
