This is my favorite phone stand. I would buy at least 2 more of these if they were still available. We have bought 5 total for various cars, family members, and indoor uses. They stick anywhere - window, dash, desk. I prefer it on the dash, which is not smooth - you just have to make sure the adhesive is clean (wet ones work great) and give it a good slam onto the dash before flicking the tightening switch. Another is used as a desk phone holder for someone who makes constant calls as part of work - very convenient to have the phone in the air in front of you, rather than constantly picking it up and putting it down.I returned to this page to buy another because I broke the one in my car by over tightening the ring between the stand and actual phone spot. This was my fault, not the fault of the stand.Only complaint - It was a bit too small for my Google Pixel 3XL with a pop socket - go figure, XL is in the name. I liked it so much that we bought Sugru and created little hooks to keep the phone in.

A little confusing there. No instructions came with the item.Secondly, the product description also says: STRONGER STICKINESS:Super sticky suction cup with dual locking mechanism firmly remains in place on a greater variety of surfaces, dashboard or windshield etc,.While it does have stronger stickiness, it doesn't stick on anything other than a completely smooth surface. Like a windshield. I have tried it on every flat surface in my vehicle. It if is not completely smooth, this item comes off in a matter of seconds to a few minutes.I hate mounting my cell phone to my windshield. Was looking for a holder that I could mount on my dash or somewhere closer. Within reach. With this items description I thought I had found what I needed. NOPE. Didn't work out.I would not recommend this product.

This is an AMAZING cell phone mount. I loved mine. It had amazing suction, it stuck wonderfully even if you wanted to move it to a different location it stuck like new! It was not like those thin suction mechanisms. It had a thicker sticky mechanism, which DID NOT leave any residue on my windshield as some customers state.Unfortunately, I had to get my windshield replaced and when I took it off I laid it on the backseat of my car. When I went to put it on my new windshield it was gone! :( I came to buy a new one and it's not available... I bought another one from a different seller but had to return it because it didn't work. I NEEEEEDDDDDD this one...… :/

So I’m a little torn about this mount. I bought one 6 months ago for my car and liked it enough that I bought another one a few days ago for our second car. Sadly, it did not fit this car. The rod from which the mount extends only fits certain angles for mounting on the windshield, otherwise it will not give the phone enough support to securely attach. Thankfully Amazon has a good return policy.

That suction cup aint goin nowhere. Whenever I need to move it to another windshield or another section it takes a minute to remove it from the glass but that’s a good thing. It worked fine with my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active but that phone was smaller and more rugged shaped than my iPhone XR I have now that pops out sometimes when I have to hit my brakes hard or go around a corner too fast but I’ve found it stays in a little better if I take off the lifeproof case

I had this in my old car and it stuck to the windshield so strongly that I couldn’t remove it. That’s why it was so sturdy! I’ll have to get another one for my new car. It’s been a great holder for both my big phone and my smaller phone. My vents are unique so I have to use a windshield mount phone holder. This one did fine. It’s a little bulky looking in a small car but it did what I needed it to.

The media could not be loaded.  Think very hard about where you want this because it is difficult to remove afterwards. That being said, it has remained strong through the bumpy roads and hot, summer days. There is minimal bouncing making the gps on my phone easy to see. Great purchase!

Sturdy, reliable, convenient. There was some issues with oneplus2, it doesn't hold it well. But still this is a great product
