While the belt is a bit smaller than I though it would be, it for very well. I'm a size 36-38 in jeans and I measured right at 37" around my waist and the medium fits perfectly with plenty of room in either direction. I used the belt for the first time today and it had great support when I squated 295 and deadlifted 225. It does want to slide up after lifting for awhile, but it's super easy to readjust and seems like a quality product. If it ever wears out I'll probably buy another one!

Reviews are usually done by my wife since we share the same account. This is a great workout belt. I’m 5’3 180lbs. I like that you can adjust to to how tight you want it. I especially like it really right so I’m thinking of moving down to a medium. But the large fits perfect. I do heavy weights and this is especially helpful during deadlifts, front and back squats. The belt helps me to go heavier than what I usually do.

Let me preface this review by saying I have given this belt away because I cannot use it. The belt deserves 5 stars because it did exactly what I expected it to do, and had it not been for one small issue it would have been perfect. The velcro strap was very strong and unrelenting, and the ease of putting it on and taking it off was ideal. It may not be your typical leather lifting belt, but it is strong and only has the slightest give, almost unnoticeable. I gave it away because I am built with very high hip bones and a very long rib cage. The space between my ribs and hips was not enough to fit the sides of the belt and ultimately pinched and caused bad enough pain I couldn't go into a 90-degree squat. I didn't try with weight, but it was uncomfortable even going down into the starting position for a deadlift. I gave the belt away to someone with a build better suited to it than I, and they love it. Honestly, had it not been for the pinch, I would have too. I was sorry to have to give it up.

Quality is very high. Really nice belt, but I ordered a small since my waist was a 28", and I'm never an xs in anything, but I was wrong. The small fits, but barely, the velco wraps quite a bit extra around the back. Wish I had ordered the xs. Order smaller than you think. The inches measurements are true to size, so order off that. Definitely helps with my squats and deadlift. I like how the lines contour to go a bit lower on my back. Velcro is nice, easy to take off and out on.

I'm a newish lifter and had never used a belt before .Big weightlifting belts always turned me off. Bulky, intimidating, looked funny on me. I picked this particular belt because it looked kinda low-key. The medium fits me, 35w just fine. Really you can just tighten it as much as you need to. When I wear it under a hoody you can't even tell I'm wearing it, which is what I wanted. As far as its performance, it instantly added 20 lbs to my rep weight. Made me feel a lot more confident and stable during the lift. A lot the limitations are in your head and this just really lends to a peace of mind that my body is stable during heavy lifts.

I got this belt for a different reason than most, not for the gym but for work. I work in a warehouse and have a very physically demanding position. I was originally using just a regular posture correcting brace but it wasn't really giving me the support I needed. This belt has almost doubled my efficiency and made my back feel so much better by the end of the long nights! Would definitely recommend to anyone doing repetitive lifting and squats for long durations. Thanks a bunch for the awesome craftsmanship!

The product is adorable, but not what I expected. It’s light weight, perfect if you are lifting , but not too heavy as it is not too much support. Over all I think it’s a good belt but I’ve been used to leather hard belts. I haven’t used it yet, this is just an observation. I’ll update after my used tomorrow. On leg day 7/11/21 .

I bought this for my girlfriend, who has recently been having issues with her back. She has never worn a belt before whenever she strength trains. I wanted something to give her extra support that was comfortable and not bulky or excessively restrictive. She tried the belt on and it fit and felt great. After it’s broken in, I am sure that it will be even more comfortable. She will soon be getting back into her training and I am confident that she will like it. She can be a little stubborn, but I think once she gets used to it, she will feel naked with out it.

This belt is suitable for lighter workouts/beginner ladies starting out. -Supports back and isolates glutes better -Velcro is really tuff and secure 🤩 -I believe the supportive material inside is a hard plastic or cardboard? -Bummed that the colors look worn out and faded, not as vibrant as advertised 😕 I bought the knee wraps and colors are much more vibrant! -For more advanced or powerlifters, you may want a more proper "lifting belt". I don't think this will hold up well if using 100s of pounds squatting/lifting.

Very happy, received this today (Saturday) wasn't due until next Wednesday! Love the style of this belt and the cute skull print on it too, fits great, can't wait to try it down the gym later on today, super excited!! :)

El diseño es tal como se muestra en la imagen del vendedor y el velcro es de calidad sin embargo es lo único bueno que tiene el cinturon, la calidad de todos los demas materiales es mala se siente como si fuera carton debajo del forro, tuve que devolverla lastima por el diseño es genial.
