Excellent device for ab muscle strengthening.
Well designed. Very stable. Comfortable to use .Just a warning, if you have significant back problems don’t use unless your physical therapist approves.I had to quit because of this. But for most people this is a very good home gym equipment

Very good roller
Overall, this is a very good ab device. These rollouts seem to target mid abs, not really lower abs. The roller is very well made - feels very stable. It's a little tricky to use though. It seems to coil into itself, to assist with the pulling back part of the movement. Once you get used to that, it feels very natural. Definitely different than other rollers I've used. I do enjoy using it, and would easily recommend it.

Great for beginners+
Time to get back in shape? This is perfect! So stable, and easy to adjust your position. As a beginner my core is super weak, so I found that rather than holding the bars with my hands, I rest my forearms on them and clasp my hands together. That seems to protect my back as I strengthen my abs. That said, if you try this, make sure that your forearms are stable on bars. I started out doing 5 a day and felt it immediately (slightly sore, but not in pain). Anyway, love this, hope you do too!

Works like a charm
Works as described. Smooth and tread stays in place. Hand grip padding provides protection to palms and fingers. For the price it was a great purchase. And it came with a knee pad!

Great for home workout
Super easy to use and set up! Just screw in the handles and you are ready to go. I couldn't do many reps at first, but after weeks of using this, my core has gotten stronger, I've lost some weight, and have definitely flattened my stomach some. Of course diet and other exercises overall have helped, but I feel confident this ab roller has really helped with the leaning out process.

Not as advertised
I bought this machine to work my abs, i was motivated. But after couple months, my abs still the same with no noticeable difference. Think twice if you think this machine would help

Doesn’t stretch far without making cracking sounds
Got this today. I was excited and loved the thick, stable wheels. However, the resistance is quite limiting. Before I even stretch far, it starts locking as making cracking sounds. I am a tall person and it doesn’t even allow me to stretch a foot length without making the cracking sounds. Is there a way to adjust it so it allows tall people to stretch a reasonable distance???

It works and here's how...
Despite the reviews saying it has a length issue with the resistance kicking in too early, it does work. I am about 6ft and it works fine for me. What you have to do is wind it backwards a bit, hold it with your thumb, then place it the measured distance in front of you for your height (mine is about 1ft). So what I do is sit on my knees and then wind it back until it hits resistance (not forward). I hold it, and then placing it about a foot allows me to full extend out my full length until it hits the rewind resistance. It isn't ideal, but it works. The resistance does not help much to pull you back, that is something I found interesting. What it does is basically stopping you from falling flat on your face if you're fully out, so that's nice. It definitely is not that much different from one without resistance. Either would work fine. The side to side stability is nice on this. The best part is that the treadmill piece IS RUBBER. On all these other ones it is meant to look like soft rubbery material but is actually hard plastic. This build quality is nice. I am keeping this one. Good luck
