Arrived promptly. Does what it says on the packet! I have to put on a Period Costume to host "Burns Night" (look it up) and these things really, for a few bucks, did the trick. Slipped them over a pair of decent black shoes and folks thought I'd spent a fortune. I didn't, I'm Scottish (look it up). Great purchase!

A great costume addition
I was putting together a pirate costume, had no appropriate shoes or boots. Used these with black leather running shoes. People thought they were real shoes. They definitely enhanced the costume. Fair priced too.

These buckles made my dress shoes look very authentic. Highly recommended.. the elastic strap held up all night and will be used again for another costume having to do with time period.
