For some of unknown flaw in reasoning; our local markets stopped carrying this gem of spice concoctions. It was necessary to do an end around to get back in the winners circle of flavors. This spice makes steaks, burgers, ribs and chops exemplary. Thanks for making it available.

We love this blackening spice, it tastes good on so many things, we use it on fish and chicken mostly but I am sure it would be good on steak or anything else you would want to try. Just the right amount of spices to enhance your food!

I have been purchasing from them for years. I absolutely love their Italian seasoning. I will order forever. Great packaging.

As soon as the spices arrived, I used them on chicken wings. I combined the Bird Rub with the Applewood Smoke spice and the taste was wonderful. I did notice however, that the new Bird Rub did not contain sage like an older version of it did. So I added sage to the rub.

My Publix also stopped carrying this spice after I got addicted. It's much easier to buy this rather than making my own concoction. Fast shipping if you are on the east coast since this ships from SC.

Awesome poultry rub! I use it for both chicken and turkey. Works great with instant pot recipes and traditional oven cooking. I’ll definitely purchase again.
