carefully inspect before use!
Unfortunately I received a bad batch for the first time ever. Taste was terrible and when I looked in the cup, it was floating around in chunks like mini marshmallows. I opened a few more containers and found some smelled like spoiled milk and some were not even liquid. Seller graciously issued a refund with an apology. I will definitely smell my next shipment before I pour in in my coffee and drink it down. Normally I would give this 5 stars, I didn't want to give this bad batch any stars but it's required to submit feedback.

All the creamers were intact and unbroken, I got lucky
Got the products as advertised. The creamers were just kind of dumped in the box, which had clearly been opened and re-taped at some point, so this isn't some kind of "direct from manufacturer" . But all the creamers were still intact, so it's possible to get a shipment of these without them being broken. You are rolling the dice with your delivery pipeline, presumably, about how much they will get damaged.
