A RIP OFF…AWARE!!!!!!!!!! CANT RETURN IT
It’s stiff!!! It only come with a card with instructions on how not to pull the hideous silver ball.. ooopsss too late cuz that is the first thing I did… you only get 1 ohhh and be very aware because on top of it all it CANNOT BE RETURNED!!! I will be using it as a anckle bracelet if I ever do use it!! A total rip off. So yeah I am now stuck with a overly priced stiff piece of yarn 😡

Quality product every time!
Got an 18in purple and 20in custom and they are absolutely beautiful! I have been a customer for many years and will continue to buy more as my hair colors/lengths change! No other accessory beats the quality of these and I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases! 🙂

Disappointing
The pictures in the initial ad, are very misleading. Only 1 piece. It is pretty, but also short and nothing sent with it to put it in your hair. So, now that I've been waiting a couple weeks, I still can't put it in.

the wraps are so cute and exactly what i asked for! they came with directions on how to put them in and are even a bit too long but it’s easy to cut them to my desired length. will be buying again!
