Be prepare to wear a glove because the handle stick will heat up your hand
The handle bar is very hot after only frying for one steak. Yes it means I have used this pan, but hey, how possible can the heat not be separated from the pan itself and the handle bar...?

Everything I hoped it would be.
We just moved to induction. I already have several DeBuyers carbon steel fry pans and love them. When I ready about this non-stick induction ready for eggs and fish, I just had to have it. It's great. And it is every bit the quality feel you'd expect from this brand. Top notch. And it doesn't stick! I even use the back of a metal fork for French style omelets without fear of ruining it like so many cheap non-stick. Sure, you could buy 5 cheap pans for this price, but then you'll go through five cheap pans in the time you could have enjoyed this one quality pan. I'm not a professional chef, but I do like nice things. And this is nice.

Sehr schön verarbeitet
Die Ergebnisse auf unserem Induktionsherd sind perfekt. Der Griff wird bei langen braten schon recht warm, deswegen immer ganz hinten angreifen. Die Pfanne ist perfekt Plan und wackelt kein bisschen.
