Awesome 'sleeper' tool. Fantastically useful.
I call this a 'sleeper' tool because it's one of those things you don't realise you need until you use one. Then you wonder how you managed without it.This is an impact driver, not an impact wrench. It uses the hexagonal drive that is standard for screwdriver tools. It's specifically for screwing screws in and out, and it mentions in the listing that it's not 'car suitable'. It's not intended for doing up wheel / lug nuts. For that you need an Impact Wrench with a 1/2" square drive. Please ignore the negative reviews left by people who have bought the wrong tool and can't accept that they made a mistake.I usually have at least two cordless drills on the go - one with the drill bit in, and one with the screwdriver attachment. Nothing wrong with that setup, and it's served me through several kitchen installations and a shed.Having the correct tool for the job makes it so much easier. The driver bits click in and out instead of messing about with the chuck. The tool is a lot shorter than a drill with a bit-holder in, so it's less wobbly and the screws tend to go in straight. The bit-holders fit in the collet snugly, so if you do need to use a long one to get in a awkward place, it doesn't wiggle about all over the place.I'd assumed an impact driver was just a drill with a hexagonal collet instead of a chuck, but apparently not. It's physically completely different from the equivalent drill, which I've had for a while. I'm not going to pretend I understand what's actually inside it, but it doesn't have the 2-speed gearbox that the drill does. Unlike the drill, it doesn't try to rip the tool out of your hand if the screw starts to get tight. It doesn't have an adjustable clutch like a drill / driver does, but it seems to stop on its own when it's tight enough. I think the shut-off torque is related to how hard you pull the trigger, because if you blast away at it, you can easily drive screws right through the material, but it stops if you are gentle. The tool doesn't come with a battery, but it uses the same Power X-Change batteries as the rest of my Einhell tools. It's a shame that all manufacturers don't use the same battery. Fortunately, the Einhell batteries seem to be pretty good. They last for ages, and Einhell have a huge range of tools. Having tried a lot of cordless tools over the years, I am of the opinion that the 'big names' are just that - names. The tools inside are all pretty similar. There's a lot of pointless snobbery around tools, and I don't think it's justified. For home, DIY and light trade use, these Einhell tools are great, and really good value.

Worls well
Excellent impact driving had no issues with it and battery is decent. I've started to buy other tools since I have a few batteries now.

Powerful and Versatile Cordless Impact Driver with a Few Minor Drawbacks
I recently purchased the Einhell Power X-Change Cordless Impact Driver (TP-CI 18/180 Li BL) with the included battery and charger, and overall, I’m very satisfied with its performance. It’s a solid tool for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals, offering plenty of power and convenience. However, there are a few areas where it could be improved.Pros:Impressive Power: With 180Nm of torque and a brushless motor, this impact driver delivers strong performance for a variety of tasks. It handles tough jobs like driving large screws and bolts with ease, making it a reliable tool for demanding projects.Cordless Convenience: The 18V battery provides the freedom of cordless operation, which is a game-changer for mobility and ease of use. The battery life is decent, lasting long enough for most jobs before needing a recharge, and the Power X-Change system is compatible with other Einhell tools, adding versatility.Compact and Lightweight Design: Despite its power, the tool is surprisingly lightweight and compact. This makes it easy to handle, especially in tight spaces or when working overhead. It’s comfortable to use for extended periods without causing fatigue.LED Work Light: The built-in LED light is a handy feature, illuminating your work area and making it easier to see what you’re doing in dimly lit spaces. This is particularly useful when working in garages, basements, or outdoors in low light.Quick and Easy Bit Changes: The 1/4" hex bit mount allows for quick and easy bit changes, saving time and hassle on the job. It securely holds the bits in place, ensuring they don’t slip or come loose during use.Brushless Motor for Longevity: The brushless motor not only provides more power but also ensures a longer lifespan for the tool. It runs cooler and more efficiently, reducing wear and tear, which is a big plus for durability.Fast Charging: The included charger is efficient, recharging the battery fairly quickly, so you can get back to work without long downtimes.Cons:Noise Level: Like most impact drivers, this one is quite loud. While this is expected to some degree, it’s worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise or working in environments where loud tools might be disruptive. Hearing protection is recommended during prolonged use.Battery Life for Heavy-Duty Jobs: While the battery life is sufficient for most tasks, it may drain faster when tackling heavy-duty jobs or continuous use. Having an extra battery on hand is advisable to avoid interruptions, especially for longer projects.Limited Speed Settings: The impact driver offers high RPM (up to 2900), but it lacks variable speed settings. This can make it difficult to control the speed for more delicate tasks, where lower speed might be needed. It’s best suited for jobs where power and speed are more important than precision. No Belt Clip: The absence of a belt clip is a minor inconvenience, especially if you’re working on a ladder or need to free your hands quickly. Adding a belt clip would have made it easier to carry around on the job site.Price Point: While the tool offers great value for its performance, it might be considered a bit pricey for casual users or those who only need it for occasional use. However, for regular users, the power and features justify the investment. Conclusion:The Einhell Power X-Change Cordless Impact Driver is a powerful and versatile tool that’s well-suited for a range of tasks, from light DIY projects to more demanding jobs. Its brushless motor, cordless convenience, and compact design make it a standout choice for both professionals and hobbyists. While the noise level, lack of variable speed, and battery life might be minor drawbacks, the overall performance and ease of use make this impact driver a solid investment. If you’re looking for a reliable and robust impact driver, this model is definitely worth considering.

Fiyat performans

Consigliato
