Great product and excellent support

Good but not as good as it should be for the price - quality should be a better. Mine doesn’t sit flat on the floor and it wobbles, although it doesn’t impact the use that much because when you use it, the body weight tends to keep it down (but for the price I expect better). Also the packet with all the screws, washers, etc. is really poorly packaged and arrived open and missing a washer. Pieces were scattered around the box because of the open packaging. The manual is just a few printed pages stapled together, which looks pretty cheap (not to mention it contained at least one error in the parts count). Aside from all of that, once you get it setup the unit is pretty solid and works well.

This stretch machine has worked well for me. After about a year, I have no complaints. Despite other reviews, I don't believe it has more wobble in the movement than other similar machines. I used Precor Stretchtrainers at my fitness club for 15 years, and they have similar movement. And those cost nearly twice as much at the time of my purchase (although I note that they have now lowered their prices to match Motive Fitness). This is a highly recommended addition to your home gym.One additional note I need to make about this, that I had forgotten. The instructions do not mention this, but it helps to lube the main joint where the seat is hinged during assembly. I used heavy automotive Lithium grease (https://www.amazon.com/Bearing-Automotive-Lubricant-MultiPurpose-HeavyDuty/dp/B09NL7V11R for example) on the bosses of the frame and on the tube that goes through between the pedals. I did this after using it for a few weeks, as it squeaked pretty badly. It has been silent and smooth ever since.

I am nearing 65 years of age. My range of motion decreases unless I stretch. Using a similar machine at a gym did wonders for restoring mobility. This unit does the same, and costs about 1/2 as much as the gym brand. So I am very pleased.I agree with other reviews that the pivot on the seat could be tighter. It wobbles a slight amount. This is more a quality perception than a concern about function or durability. The components used in the pivot seem robust.One surprise was the quality of finish. The powder coat gray is excellent. But the crinkle-coated black pieces are even more attractive. This didn’t show well in the photos, but it looks great in the exercise area of our home.

Basic quality checks in the packaging and packing process failed.The product may be good, but at this moment, it is a useless set of miscellaneous parts. Thus the single star review.If I request the missing parts and get them within a week, I may be willing to update this rating.

Received two days ago and the box and blister packs holding the bolts were damaged so I can’t put it together. I emailed the company and will update if I get the bolts to build the stretch machine. Right now, just expensive paper weight(s) taking up my dining room.One of the owners called me and took care of the missing parts and the damaged ones from transit. Machine has been great at helping me stretch and meets my expectations.

A must have for your home gym. Will last a life time. I am so happy I made the investment and so will you. Way better than the one at my gym that I quit do to the virus that spreads like a zest pool at a small gym. Now I can get the same workout at home being safe. I will never go back personally.
