Hungry Bunny (Bunny Interactive Picture Books)

Okay. Not great, as previously reviewed.
Okay, part of my problem may be that Amazon dropped the price immediately after I ordered this title for my library story time collection, but I'm not thrilled with this one. It follows the format of older interactive titles (Tap the Magic Tree, Shake It Up! et al) but the subdued colors and story line of this title make it less interesting to group programming. The long red grosgrain ribbon that is supposed to be Bunny's scarf, ladder, etc, will not last long. In fact, the ribbon seemed to be oddly placed and oversized for its purpose. I ordered this title to use with an original story about apple pie, along with The Apple Pie that Papa Baked. The reviews state that Bunny is picking apples to help Mama make an apple pie. Pie isn't mentioned until the very end and then, the apples aren't used for the pie at all. As a result, the story line seems disjointed and gimmicky.

Nice quality
I purchased 2 of these when I ordered. I' glad I did. This is a very sweet and fun interactive book for the child and the reader . Illustrations are simple but pretty. The book feels thick . It isn't about colored eggs. The journey through the book is assisting the bunny with child type fun.

Red bookmark missing
Love the book, but the red bookmark was chopped off- which is literally used throughout the entire book. It isn't interactive or even worth reading without the bookmark because kids can not follow the directions in the book.
