This is how I received the shampoo, and honestly, itโs unacceptable. The bottle arrived half empty, which already raises concerns about quality control and honesty in packaging. On top of that, the cap was not properly sealedโit was literally held together with a piece of tape. Tape. For a personal care product. This is not just careless, itโs unprofessional. A shampoo bottle should be fully sealed, intact, and filled as advertised. Instead, it looks like it was either opened, tampered with, or poorly handled before delivery. I expect basic standards when purchasing a product like this. Receiving something that looks used or improperly packaged is disappointing and concerning. I would not trust the safety or quality of this item in this condition.
