Ok to a point
This product works fine up to a point (about 20kg). After that the weight pulls through the neoprene onto your lower back which is quite uncomfortable. All of the belts of this design have the same fault along with a chain that is too short. However, as long as you limit the weight to less than 20kg you will be fine. Above that you will need the more expensive leather style.
