Used for Halloween and it enhanced my costume
The Grim Reaper costume has always been a favorite of mine for Halloween since back in my Haunted House days of scaring people. And I've always used red LEDs for eyes to be at the top of my game since the 80s. But years ago I had sold the Halloween stuff with the old LED setup before a move and in 2018 wanted to get a new set without hassling with putting it together on my own. This company puts together a great LED eye set that's worked very well. I just fit them into my glasses after drilling tiny holes and I'm good to go. Eyes can be set to steady lights or different types of flashing.(sold separately) - skull mask with moving jaw when talking, black weathered hooded sash with large plastic chain for a belt, and scythe from Halloween shop, plus these flashing eyes and I'm the best reaper out there. People either run in fear or want to take pictures. All that's missing is my evil laughing sound tape which I had strategically positioned in my pocket during the 90s.

Came In Time, But Wonky Programming
So for the value, they're great. And if you don't need them for an important costume and just need them for Halloween, even better.Unfortunately, I bought these for a cosplay. While I was happy initially even though one of the buttons did absolutely nothing, my mirth wore off. There was a specific mode that I have been using with my costume in the eyes (essentially, the slow speed flicker almost like a candle flame) and now it doesn't even do it. I had left it sitting while I built the rest of my cosplay, came back so that I could record a quick vid for a friend who was thinking about ordering and realized the several modes with several speeds and brightnesses had gone down to like three modes with two speeds (very fast, or semi fast, with one that just makes it stop blinking all together and look dim). Just out of nowhere, no one touching it, all the programming has been seemingly lost. So, disheartened, I told her go to elsewhere and figured I was doomed. Low and behold, when my husband came home and I showed him...it was WORKING AGAIN. I thought, well, great! That's amazing! I have no worries! Wrong. Next day? Same thing. Tried turning it off and back on several times to try to trip it back into the proper stuff again and it didn't help.So if you need these for something simple, go for it. But if you want to step up your building skills and you're in a pinch, maybe learn to solder and program arduino on your own so you have more control of it.

Nice product, just what I needed!!!!
The media could not be loaded. Added this to a Warlock Staff for my Halloween outfit. I was able to cut a small flap in the back of the skull, poke 2 holes for the leds, hot glued the leds, and packed all of the wiring and electronics into the skull. It goes add a little weight to the staff but not bad overall. You get plenty of length of wire to put this on most projects, if not it would be easy to extend the length of wire. The photo might look like one led is brighter but that is due to it being on the fade pattern.

GREAT LIGHTS!
I used them for eyes and I love that they have an actual plug so you can put them on a timer. Most of the others are only battery operated. These also have fantastic pulse settings so I not only used them for props, but created a flickering "bomb" fuse by stringing them through a cord. It looked amazing in my pirate display.
