You get three (3) custom machined Bessey HH-20 auto-adjust toggle clamps and twelve (12) small head socket cap screws. One of the major benefits of these clamps is the increased material thickness you can clamp. Our regular toggle clamps on the COP-100 sled allow you to clamp from 3/4" to 1-1/8" thick material. The Bessey HH-20 clamps let you hold from 3/4" to 2" thick material without making any adjustment to the clamps! The Infinity Tools Professional Coping Sled is the fastest, safest and most accurate way to produce crosscuts in stock up to 7" wide. It's solid aluminum construction, Lexan safety visor and quick-set toggle clamps set this production quality coping sled apart. Competitor units use inferior quality materials but more importantly, have a major design flaw; they use their base as a guide against your router's fence. This design allows the router bit or shaper cutter to make contact with the base, quickly eating into it and making the sled useless. Our Professional Coping Sled uses an exclusive 3/8" thick Lexan visor mounted on solid aluminum posts. The Lexan visor keeps the sled's aluminum base away from the spinning cutter and acts as a protective barrier between you and the work piece. The bottom of the Lexan visor sits 3" from your work surface and is 3/8" thick so it will not fit into any mini t-track that may be mounted to your fence. Best sled I've ever used
Best sled I've ever used. I started to just cut out the parts on my router but by the time you buy all the hardware it's cheaper to buy it from the folks at Infinity.I had the Woodpecker brand at one time and it's horrible. Slooooow and aggravating to use. Design is bad with screw down clamps. This one of a beeeze. Clamps work great and they're fast. This thing is nice and heavy and the handles are positioned perfectly. Very pleased.My sled was missing a couple of parts when received. I contacted Infinity and the missing pcs were in the mail same day. Great customer service.Highly recommend this sled and Infinity as a company.

This is the only sled you will ever need!
This sled is amazing! I replaced my cheap sled that would make contact with the cutter and a very pleased with the outcome. This sled is high quality, and very well built. The only wear items that I see would be the plexi from getting scratched over time and the foam handle, both of which should not compromise the functionality of the sled!

Great sled dose the job
This coping sled meets all of my expectation, it is well built sled very high quality, the assembly is very quick and straight to the point. I am using this on my router table and 3 HP shaper, dose a great job on both.

Good tool but...!
I bought this sled less than a year a go, the "upgraded" toggle clamps which comes with it only lasted about 6 months. I only used 3 or 4 times in that time lapse. The coping sled is beautifull, and well designed, but I did not was offer any warranty for the failing 3 toggle clamps in less than a year. I did contact Infinity tools. I decided to buy the other clamps they offer for the downgrade of this same coping sled, which are no auto adjustable but do have knobs to adjust for different thickness in a breeze. For me is not worth it to pay 50 dollars more for the same sled with this upgrade auto adjustable toggle clamps. I should have go with the less expensive wich by the way still expensive. It comes completly disarmed. However it only takes 8 or 10 minutes to assembly.
