Works Great - Be sure to adjust openings in the flowers correctly
Bought the Orange feeder and we love it. We have had many visitors to this feeder since we've put it up.As to leaking - If you look at the flowers where they insert into the feeder bottom. The part that inserts into the nectar resevoir looks similar to a beverage straw. Looking into the tube you will notice half of the end has a plastic half moon shape covering the end, the other half is open. Make sure the open part is pointed toward the top of the feeder. If the slit isn't pointed toward the top of the feeder, the nectar will pour out when a bird lands on the feeder. Also, I just received a call from the manufacturer. They provide excellent, friendly customer service. When I told her I figured out why it was leaking she was so happy.

Hard to clean
We only have one pair of Oriole's that come to this feeder. (lack of Oriole population) Then the humming birds started to take over. Last summer the only ones to used this feeder were the honey bees. There was a day when you could hardly see the bottom of the feeder due to the bees. But as far as attracting Oriole, it works. The one big down side is: Very hard to clean. I ended up buying some BB's from walmart and filling the feeder with them. Then I would spin the feeder and let the BB's spin all over the inside. That got the inside nice and clean.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
This was evidently made for looks, because the birds will not go near it. Maybe its in the "pretend ladder" they have to land on to get a drink. I never seen one bird go near it. I first put it out with my homemade syrup I use for the hummingbirds. Not one bird went near it, so I ordered the Oriole nectar from Amazon, and put that in it. Still nothing, don't think they even got close to it. Right now, the orange feeder is in the dumpster, so it was a total waste of money, for the feeder and the nectar. Save your money!

Cherry Valley Feeder
This had other good reviews but I was disappointed with this feeder. When I first filled it and hung it up, the fluid in the top seemed to drain rather fast. I thought perhaps the wind made it sway so the fluid came out of the ports. Then I read that the ports should be moved so the opening is at the top of the port. I tried this. Unfortunately the fluid seems to seep out from the bottom where the two halves come together. It seems to me there should be some kind of rubber gasket to seal where the two halves come together. I turned the bottom half and got it as tight as I could, but the feeder still leaked. Other than gluing the halves together, I know of no way to prevent this from leaking.

good Oriole + Hummingbird feeder
A very good feeder for both Orioles and Hummingbirds. Large capacity lasts two days when busy. Subjectively I like the appearance of the orange ball. Partially closed off feeder tubes are big enough for Orioles but partially closed off ends keep out bees and small bugs. Need to aim slot in bottom of feeder tube to minimize spillage: Slot horizontal at top for minimum spillage, horizontal at bottom allows dumb birds to figure where the nectar is but may drip, vertical along side easy access for birds with minimal dripping. Large round reservoir holds a lot but is difficult to clean thru tiny hole. Very loose fit of reservoir to base threads allows partial stripping/tilting of base with very minor overtightening. I wrapped three wraps of stretched plastic electrical tape around reservoir neck and now have a much more satisfactory fit.Review sounds negative but is not - I purchased two more of the same after experience with inital feeder.

"Orange" Oriole feeder
I have owned several of these particular feeders. They are a HUGE favorite with the young orioles especially, but also just about any other backyard bird that feeds on nectar. Every piece comes apart for super easy cleaning, increasing your enjoyment time. As manufacturers make things more complicated, it gets more difficult to find the simpler, better products. I was thrilled to find this feeder on Amazon at so reasonable a price. I recommend this feeder for anyone who doesn't wish to spend all their time cleaning and maintaining their feeder. Simpler is Better!

Oriole Feeder
We tried using this feeder after we noticed orioles on our hummingbird feeder. When we first put this one up, the orioles continued to use the hummingbird feeder instead of this one so we took down the hummingbird feeder and only had this oriole feeder up. The hummingbirds seemed to make the transition to this feeder better than the orioles did and when we put the hummingbird feeder back up, both the hummingbirds and the orioles preferred the hummingbird feeder so we eventually took this one down.
