Q: What else will i need to attach these to a tom stand?

All you need is a heavy duty base stand such as the stationary base stand for tom toms, or cymbal stand. What worked best for me was a self standing tom stand.

Q: Dose it come with timbales sticks?

No it Does not include the sticks. The drums and all mounting clamps are included. I have been very happy with the set up. Great product

No, the stand is not included. It comes with a clamp for you to attach to your own stand. The cowbell holder is part of the clamp.

I don't see it described as including a snare add-on, on Amazon or LP's site.
