The best!
These are the best diapers on the market. Believe me we have tried EVERY brand. I was hesitant to share the news of how marvelous they are. We love em!!

Great Product! Runs Small, Consider Sizing Up.
I got a sample of the medium from Seni, but I could barely get them taped even though I comfortably fit medium diapers in other brands (Abena, Attends, Molicare). Seni suggested I try the Regular size and they fit me much better. They are almost exactly the same size as Abena M4s (see photos of Seni abd Abena side by side). They are a full fit though, the front waistband is at my belly button and the rear waistband is at the small of my back. Although these are called briefs, they are tape-on adult diapers, not pull-ups. They fit more like a diaper than any other brand I use, but are comfortable overall. The backsheet is breathable cloth, but they don't give me a clammy feeling between the legs once they are used, unlike other breathable diapers (Attends Premier). The backsheet on the Regulr size is white with three purple stripes that extend the length of the backsheet (the mediums were all white). They have a dual wetness indicator that runs down the center and helps you see how much of the diaper has been used. They have four tape tabs that have a bit of stretch to them. The tapes are technically refastenable, but they don't hold as well when refastened. The tapes can also be difficult to unfasten in a hurry for those who can sometimes make it to the toilet in time. If that desribes you, I think a pull-up would be better option. These are more for use as a substitute for a toilet for those with complete bladder and/or bowel incontinence. They have comfortable and wide elastic leg gathers that don't dig into my legs. They have standing inner cuffs to prevent urine leaks and contain stool. There is a front and rear waistband, but the front tends to stretch out and fold over with wear. The inner lining is soft, although not quite as soft as Attends Premier. The padding is medium thickness overall and thicker in the crotch. The padding is wider in the front and back, but it is also wider in the middle than many diapers. It absorbs urine very quickly and there is no press out up to capacity. I bought them to use mainly at night, but I do sometimes wear them during the day. They fit well under relaxed fit jeans or pants. I can usually go 6 hours in these during the day and 8 hours at night without leaking. They still feel dry inside when I go to change them. My only complaint is that they sag in the rear as they are used and cause a bit of a waddle when I walk. The padding also swells alot as they are used and gets fairly thick between the legs which can become noticeable. This is not an issue at night. The odor control is very good, although they do have a urine odor after use overnight, but it is less noticeable than Abena M4s for me. If you need these for bowel incontinence, they have a deep pocket in the seat when taped on to contain any stool safely inside. The price on these was about a dollar a piece when I purchased them, this is 50-75% less per diaper than comparable diapers from Abena or Attends. This makes a huge financial difference if you use these full time and change 3-4 times a day. They do not ship from Amazon, so mine came in the original box. They have a white label on one side that says Seni Quattro Regular on it, but does not say anything about imcontinence, briefs or diapers (see box photo). Overall, they help me manage my severe urge incontinence by keeping me dry and comfortable. They help make me feel safe and secure that I wont have embarrassing accidents. If you need a diaper to manage severe incontinence, give these a try. I highly recommend them.

Available wonderful Seni’s.
It’s the best. The thickness and fit are great. It’s expensive but worth it. I have gotten them for about 7 yrs from different places but this is quick and convenient. My daughter is disabled with multiple issues and this is a winner for nite and I use the day ones as well.

Better than expected but not perfect
These are a great product overall for the price point. Very absorbent and comfortable.Pros:- Cost effective daily wear option- High absorbency, decent distribution with few leaks- Soft and comfortable to wearCons:- The standing leak guards require too much work to unstick from the shell when putting on the diaper- The tabs are not refastenable- The print is ugly and institutional, and not as pleasant as the European version of the same product

great product watch out if needed to return
My husband needs a good brief, so when he found these, it was so nice, because they held urine well and overnight.Recently, he found the pull ups that he likes much better so that when he walks, it does not feel so bulky. We had purchased a case of these Seni's and a case of their pull ups (which are less bulky) and wanted to return the Seni Super Quatros, which states on Amazon, that its "Free Returns", however when I was going through the process, I was going to have to pay to return. I called Amazon customer service and they have to reach out to the "third party" sellers to get permission.Kind of strange since it says free returns. Not easy to return, but great product.
