They have been reported to the Amazon fraud team.ORIGINAL REVIEW: All in all, it’s seems like a good product until you try and take the iPad out of the case. The detach button is directly below the release mechanism, so your finger is directly in the way of it fully detaching. I’ve found myself precariously lifting the unit with iPad up in the air to “drop” it while pushing the button. It’s really annoying and frustrating, not to mention potentially dangerous to the iPad. Everything else is pretty nice, keyboard can also be hit and miss with keystrokes at times too. The design team on this seriously dropped the ball when it came to the release latch.

This isn’t so much a keyboard/case as it is a heavy metal shell that turns your ipad into a laptop. That’s fine and all, but the whole point of having an ipad instead of a laptop is that it’s lighter and thinner. This case eliminates those two benefits.That being said, it’s a great case. Good keyboard, lots of dedicated shortcut keys, a port where you can charge other devices, and a solid, secure construction. It’s perfect for when I want to send emails or write or browse the web, but I’ll have to remove the ipad anytime I want to use the Apple pencil or graphic capabilities.3 1/2 stars.

I think this product is well made and constructed wonderfully, almost tank-like. But I use the iPad Pro 12.9" for drawing primarily, and I assumed that it would rotate and fold flat on top of the keyboard as shown in photos by buyers with 10.5" iPad Pros. Perhaps the case for the 10.5" iPad Pro rotates and folds flat, but I cannot make it do that with the case for the 12.9" iPad Pro. I have been in communication with the company, and they say it does not rotate or fold flat. It is Amazon's fault for mixing together reviews for the keyboard cases that are designed for the 9.7", 10.5" and 12.9" iPad Pro models. And it would be good if the company added the words, "does not fold flat or rotate" to the description of this case and keyboard. But yes, it is beautiful and well made! Nonetheless, I had to return it because I need to use the iPad for drawing, with it folded flat.

This can be a great keyboard case for your 12.9 inch iPad Pro only if you accept the size and weight. I kept for a few days but returned because it made my iPad Pro over a full pound heavier than my 13" MacBook Air, and was also thicker. It defeats the purpose of having an iPad.PRO's:--keys work flawlessly--sturdy, aluminum construction gives you the feeling your iPad will be kept safe--truly turns your iPad Pro 12.9 inch into a laptop, except you won't have a touchpadCON's:--excessive weight of the aluminum body--Key base is as big as the screen, so when placing on lap the touch screen of the iPad is so far away you have to reach your arm to use the touchscreen (defeats the value of having a touch screen iPad)--cutouts for power are so narrow that any third-party charging cords don't work. Only the expensive Apple original cords will fit the charging cutout

This keyboard works well.....when it works. The keyboard frequently looses connectivity with the iPad. A bit disappointing.

Vanky keyboard case worked well until hinge would not allow screen to stay up at 90 degrees about a year after purchase.Case is not really usable with the hinge lacking latch or friction to hold it upright. Otherwise, keyboard, case, and bluetooth worked well.

I bought this for my husband ONLY because of the backlit keyboard. I have read every review that say “I love the colors”, but I can’t make the keyboard light up. I’ve pressed the key next to the key with the lightbulb. NOTHING. I went to the question and answer part of the Amazon page for this and no one answers the one question on how to turn on the backlight for the keyboard. Everything else seems fine, but I bought it for th backlit keyboard.

With the price I paid for this, it should have worked for me. I purchased it twice. Both didn’t work out. First purchase, keys didn’t work and very wobbly. I got the replacement..got excited cause all the keys worked. However, every time i tilt the keyboard or any movement, the volume would go on mute! Wished it worked for me....sad it didn’t....
