Touch screen never worked.
touch screen didn't function. There were directions that were poorly written that tell you to test the screen before installing it otherwise you can't return it but the english is broken and doesnt make it terribly clear. But to test it you have to take your phone apart anyways which means you're halfway to finishing the job anyways. Could get the screen on in moments but the touch never worked. Only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is I guess i could have read the poorly written directions a bit better regarding the return policy.

The price for this screen was right and it works quite well. It wasn't too hard to install either, except I used a youtube video. The directions included are useless. The one drawback to the screen is that the color is a little washed out compared to an OEM screen. But for the price I have no complaint.

The bad news is I waited to long to install and ...
Screen did not function correctly and appears broken. This is the third screen and I decided to purchase a cheaper screen, because we had purchased a new phone and this was to be a back up phone for our sons. I installed the screen and the screen does not work, appears broken/cracked. The bad news is I waited to long to install and cannot return. I would recommend spending the extra money for better quality and less work (back plate, home button, etc need to be swamped whereas in other screens you do not).

Good quality screen however poorly written instructions
I purchased the white version of this screen to fix my iPhone 5s. The screen is good quality and I cannot tell the difference from oem.The instructions however were vague. I think it would be possible for a beginner to ruin their phone using only these instructions.

Ghost touches
Screen never worked right. Ended up having to replace again because it was all screwy with ghost touches.

Very disappointed. Item arrived used. Someone must have returned this screen because the front clear cover has bubbles and looks like was placed back on screen by someone. Also the pry tool is damaged meaning someone used it.

Solid replacement screen
Worked as expected. It was a very quick installation following guides on youtube and functioned perfectly on the first try. For the price, this screen replacement is the way to go. If I ever break my screen again, I'll definitely be back for another.
