Sword Art Online 16 (light novel): Alicization Exploding

I'm not usually much on war type stories so I knew when this story finally reached all out war that i wasn't very likely to enjoy it. I did struggle a bit in the beginning and I put it down for a while, but when I came back, and started over, I consumed it in 3 days. the author did a fantastic job switching back and forth between viewpoints to give everyone on both sides of the battle of moment to shine and for a reader to see their views. The addition of new characters and getting to see new integrity knights and their powers and weapons was awesome. Can't wait to read the next one.

Bit late to the review party, our off reading it for a few weeks because I didn’t want to finish it and then have 5 months until Alicization part 2(anime) and volume 17!Finally got around to reading it on my flight to LA, and man, this is easily the best SAO LN yet. Reki’s writing has grown leaps and bounds since SAO 1 and I’m extremely proud of him. Coming from Tate no Yuusha to this is like a whole other world in terms of writing quality. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time and finally getting Asuna and Alice interactions was awesome. Will be going to japan next month and won’t be able to wait for October, I’m getting the Japanese versions of 17-21 lol

Amazing, fun, full of action. I can't believe that I enjoyed a story where the main characters aren't active. Kirito is still out of action and Asuna doesn't show up until 70% of the story is over. It was nonstop action from beginning to end. Best story since season 1. Plus the ending is setting up an even bigger battle and bringing back the main characters from season 1. I can't wait for the next story or if the anime catches up. Either way I am excited.

If you are reading the 16th SAO novel, you already are a fan and probably don't need a review. But in the essence of tradition I will leave one anyway. This book was better than the last in terms of fights there was enough action to keep me engaged. As usual I finished the book within 2 days. But it wasn't something I rushed off to read, it simply held my interest once I returned to reading it. The biggest downfall of this book was its abrupt ending. But overall the book is a great read.

I could not put it down! The final stress test begins and it was wonderful! Lots of old face from IRL and Underworld and even more new characters and stories!

Meet you at the edge of your seat every second of the way. Can't wait for the Next book to come out

I have not read any of these books. They were purchased for my son and he thoroughly enjoys reading them.

Finally, sparks fly when Asuna shows up fashionably late to the party! We’ve been waiting for it for, and the author does not disappoint. A must-read in the ongoing Alicization epic!

Alicization exploding was a great volume , the battle discriptions were awesome . sheyta's fight was a highlight for me

SAO 16 é como o título deste review diz, o começo do fim, ele tem uma primeira metade forte superando tudo que estava esperando, Alicization em sí já tinha mostrado um amadurecimento do autor e da série, mas a primeira parte da Guerra pelo Underworld foi além.A segunda metade se torna uma preparação para o grande final.Esperando pelo volume 17.

I loved the quick pace, the thrill, emotion and anticipation I felt in each page! We all love these characters and we laugh and cry with them. The narrative is excellent, and the translation seems to be great! I never felt bored, and I could picture the story so well that it felt just like watching the anime, feeling the story and the characters alive within me. This light novel is worth every penny and every minute of your time reading it!

Historia envolvente. Pensaba que tendría más ilustraciones, pero me gustó bastante.
