Worked as expected out of the box. Setup was simple.except does not scan the 3 channels as I had switched to channel 2 with the small buttons in the battery compartment so if using only 1 temp transmitter you must set it to channel 1 and set the second transmitter to channel 2 etc. I mostly only use for indoor outdoor temp. Sender about 50'to60' away on the north side under eve of storage shed. May follow up if it survives tuff Mi. winter (or not) The big numbers on the display where a big selling point easy to see across the kitchen. The backlight is nice but wont use it much in my application. Seems like a good value so far.

I have several different brands in the house for different locations outside. I tend to judge the accuracy of one by what all the others say. I had not seen this brand so thought I would try if when one of my others failed. This unit so far has been as accurate and dependable as any other I have. I would not have any problem purchasing another one. I just can not tell anyone how to pronounce the name.

I had some problems setting this device up. Found that the batteries weren't engaging properly in the station.After two days, the sending unit has shut off. Batteries tested OK. I'm waiting for a response from the vendor.

Have had the item 5 months and have had to change batteries twice. Now it doesn't show outside temp and both units have new batteries. The outdoor sensor is withing 2 feet of the unit right now and it still shows lines and no temp. Unit is useless. Would return it, but can't so will throw it in the trash!

This would be perfect if you could plug it in. Oversight on my part when I bought it. All functions work perfectly. If battery only doesn't matter to you, this item is a good deal.

I bought this because it was easy to read and the sensor also displays the temp. I am very disappointed in this product because the outdoor temperature is completely wrong when it is humid outside. Yesterday was rainy and foggy. The actual temperature was 51, but this thermometer was reading 106. I have tried replacing the batteries, but this doesn’t solve the problem. I ended up buying another brand that works more efficiently. Also, I have this in a screened in patio so it is not directly out in the weather.

Had this for several months and now that it is colder outside, in the 20's, realized that the outside does not go down to the true temperature. The lowest it goes to is 37 degrees. It will go higher but that's not much help in the winter here.

Piece of Junk! Wireless transmitter wouldn’t work at first. After resetting several times it started working. Now it reads 6-10 degrees warmer then actual temp. I have it mounted in the shade away from the house. I have sent to emails to seller with no response. Waste of money!
