Timesaver
I was buying flaxseed and roasting it myself until I found this product. The golden flaxseeds are perfect and add a mild nutty flavor a little less pronounced than the brown flaxseeds. I don't blend these but use them to sprinkle on foods for added crunch.

Lots of flavor
Most flaxseeds have little flavor — I wonder why that is?These pack a lot of flavor, especially when I grind them with my spice grinder.

Really great flavor and it's healthy for you. Can't beat the roasted flavor. Wish came in larger quantity.

These are OK
I tried these as a substitute for Trader Joes discontinued Golden Roasted flax seed. These are not at all as tasty. They are also much smaller and I suppose they are made to be used without grinding them but I still grind them into my morning Kefir or yogurt.

I saws ro be able to buy a very similar product (from Canada, so maybe the same one?) at Trader Joes. Unfortunately as TJ has done with so many of my favorite and weekly shopping purchases, discontinued it.I've found lots of replacements elsewhere, but this one was hard to get. I love that Amazon is offering it and at a fairly reasonable price, considering that I LOVE this product and was desperate to get more!! LOL!

These smell very similar to the TJ flaxseeds I used to buy.
Nothing that I have found beats these.
