This book is seriously good. With 101 short and easy-to-do exercises to choose from to create a better and happier you, Ellen M Bard guides the reader in picking and choosing which suits her/him best. From learning to say No (#48) via correcting a small practical problem (#59) or indulging your guilty pleasure (#29) to tackling a tough task at work (#69) there really is something for everyone in this book. The exercises are all stand-alone and don’t have to be completed in any order so it’s up to the reader how they are tackled. The section on Work wasn’t useful for me (as a non-worker) but I’m sure it is helpful for those still in employment. I found this book very informative and simple to incorporate into my daily life. Highly recommended.

Accessible and helpful
Actually this book is for everyone. It's full of really good ideas set out in helpful chapters covering all aspects of life. Some exercises are fun and easy to do, othes are more challenging requiring thought and self reflection. The author is a trained psychologist and this book is soundly based on her professional experience and personal journey, no flaky celeb stuff here!

It's based on scientific principles ... and it works
This book is an intelligent and warm approach to taking better care of yourself. I'd challenge anyone not to find at least one new idea that works for them. Ellen Bard writes like your best friend but she really makes you think, too.

A great book to get you thinking about looking after yourself better
I have really enjoyed reading this book. I really like how it is full of ideas and suggestions. The author recognises that you don’t need to do them all but pick the ones that fit best for you and your life. The book has really got me thinking about my self care. I would definitely recommend this book.

Far surpasses other tools of it's kind
The product arrived slightly damaged from shipping. The seller offered a partial refund if I keep the item, or full refund if I return it...so this was great service from the seller.The item itself is exceptional. I'm a teacher so buy lots of different products with pedagogical intent, and this item surpasses the competition by far.I personally would have opted for a larger-scale design to give more room to write (the pages are quite full already), but I get the nifty travel appeal of the smaller version as well.I'm buying a second copy as a gift!

Very good tool!
It's a really good tool for those like me who struggle a little bit with mental organization. You kind of go through your areas of life and reflect to make a good portrait of it.
