Does the 28 have a garment compartment (e.g. to hang dresses and jackets so they don’t get wrinkled)?

These suitcases are basically big empty clamshell boxes with center dividers/retainers so the contents don't spill when you open/close. The dividers have some zippered compartments for small items. Each side has tie-down straps beneath the dividers, so it is very possible to pack securely with nothing shifting around, but to my knowledge there is not a specific garment section. I bought the 25”.
