Yesterday I tried one for the first time and noticed a difference in supply today! I have a two year old and am nursing a 10 month old and life is BUSY! These bars are easy to throw in the diaper bag for a snack or as part of a breakfast with fruit. I love that you can see the ingredients in the bars (not all ground up and mushed together) and they are very chewy, they sort of remind me of KIND bars but are made just for nursing moms! Not only are the ingredients visible in the bars, they are very simple and there aren't a million added preservatives. Highly recommend to any mom looking to boost her supply or just have a handy snack on hand!

I've ordered them just to have in case my milk supply decrease. Well, one night maybe because I haven't eaten enough during the day I have nothing to give to the baby, I decided to eat 1 bar with a cup of mothers milk tea - and in 2-3 hours I had breasts full of milk. I am not sure what helped: hot tea, this bar or the combination but I had milk and its the most important. I have chocolate bars and they taste like oatmeal chocolate bars I had before. I have been looking for a healthy organic snack to help me with milk supply for my newborn and am so thankful I found this! Other bars I tried were bland and did not give me the results I was hoping for, but these are a totally different story. The almond flavor is my favorite with chocolate a close second and they are perfect for snacking on the go. The game changer besides the taste was the energy boost which made me feel amazing! Got a package a few days ago. My wife loves it. These bars are really tasty and it works perfectly great for her (nearly doubled her milk supply in just two days!).I should say they are not too sweet (it was a problem to find something that tastes NOT like sugar candy). I think these bars will be our snacks (I love them too even I don't need to boost anything :D) for a long time now. Highly recommend it.

I really liked this bar. I bought Chocolate and Oates and I had two bars right away. I could eat more, but the box says 1-2 per day. It’s really good with tea or just a glass of water. And I have to drink more water while I’m nursing. With my little boy at home, I don’t have time to cook for myself. So I’m always looking for healthy foods that I can eat quickly and stay fit. This bar is not too sweet and I love the ingredients and the chocolate taste.

I will be soon a mommy of my little girl newborn. Of course I plan to breastfeed my baby. I am looking now for bars/supplements for keeping my perfect lactation. These bars are perfect for me. I love bars. But when I know that these bars will keep my lactation its awesome. I already tried one. Super tasty and not very sweet
