I love this case. It holds everything my son needs: 2 vials of insulin, an insulin pen, syringes, alcohol swabs, sticky notes & writing pen, test strips, lancets, glucometer, everything. And the case is firm and sturdy. It also doesn’t have any mesh pockets which trigger my trypophobia. All the other cases I looked at have mesh pouches and they make my skin crawl. The only thing that would make this case perfect would be room for an ice pack for days at the beach or amusement parks. I just put it in an insulated bag with an ice block. Otherwise, it’s really amazing a very well-designed product.

I've really liked having this product just to store the insulin pens I'm currently using because it's great for keeping ALL of your diabetic supplies and insulin in. The reason I bought this case was so I could make traveling with all my diabetic supplies and insulin easier by being able to store everything in one spot, as well as having the option to carry extra insulin pens that need to stay cold. The one thing that would make me love this product even more is if it came with a carrying strap because it's too big to fit in my backpack purse. This would require an extra ring on the case to attach a strap for more stability because I think being able to carry the case like a little messenger bag would make traveling easier for people like me who don't like having to carry around a lot of stuff. I really appreciate the case though, especially because it's very durable, so nothing inside would be damaged if you dropped it. Excellent product, but has a tiny bit of room for improvement.

Great way to organize diabetic supplies, works great!

I bought this to use on a daily basis, not just travel. PROs: It fits both my bolus and basal pens and has room for a syringe or refill in between the two covers. There are 2 velcroed spaces, which I used for my Accu-Check Guide glucometer and FastClix lancet stabber. There's a clear zipper pocket that can fit 6-8 alcohol wipes/battery and a mesh zipper bag that I use for insulin needles and fast-clix barrels. There's a container for used sharps above the mesh bag that will be handy on the road. CONS: - While there's a case cover bag with a cord strap, there's no strap for the hard case itself. Minor inconvenience. - The mesh bag. First, the sharps container has to come out of its elastic band and then I have to reach my fingers down into the mesh bag to extract a needle. The bag and zipper NEED to be a little bigger, even if they're a little bulgier. It would make it so much easier to access and allow me to carry several days worth of items. I leave the sharps box out altogether and will only take it for travel. On the whole, I DO like this case. If you change your mesh bag dimensions, let me know!

This is easily one of the best diabetic supplies case on Amazon. I bought this to take everything with me when we traveled around Europe. It held all of my supplies and kept them from being crushed. It also has a place to keep a cold pack.

I actually have both versions of the different cases, and they're both excellent! I like the colour, and size of this one for quick reading access. If I don't need the larger travel one, I can grab this one for my everyday carry.

Extremely happy with this purchase. Zipper pocket within to holds a large amount of lancets, a velcro pocket to hold a large amount of needles, belt-type restraints for pens, meter and testing strip canister. As someone who uses two types of insulin daily, I'd appreciate a third restraint - two for the insulin pens and one for the finger-pricker-tester thing. But I would definitely buy this again. Solid case and, though I haven't dropped it yet, I believe it would hold up very well as the design is very sturdy. Travel bag that comes with it is great, as well. Totally recommend!!

Its a great case but the zippered pouch the zipper broke off about a month into owning it. Im crafty and just added velcro to it so its still functional and works for me.

Perfect for all my diabetic kit

I loved the hard shell case, and Hardy Zipper. The pen storage is good for 2 pens (long lasting and fast acting). I use the one pocket for lancet refills and the other for pen sharps. There is room for a 3rd pen on the left side between the pocket and the binding but there is no strap tp hold it in place. I think in place of the elastic pouch on the lower left side I would have liked more elastic straps to hold my test strip containers (new and empty) Overall my favorite thus far.
