Some quality control issues, but seller replaced sheet.
UPDATE: 2/08/19I received a replacement sheet today and it appears to be both better for overall flatness and doesn't have the odd discolored areas that my first one did. Hopefully my issues were due to a rare defective sheet. I'll update if any issues appear, but I do credit the seller with being responsive to these issues.UPDATE: 2/03/19POWDER COATING CHIPS OFF, SEE IMAGES 5 AND 6!A piece of the powder coating has chipped off, despite following all directions to the letter and waiting for the bed to cool, so that parts would be easier to remove. Before this chip broke off, the area was discolored, see photos. I expect more areas will chip off over time. I've requested a replacement in the hopes that this is an isolated issue, but until I hear back I've got to adjust my review to a 1 star. A couple weeks of printing is not worth this much money._______Previous review, unedited____________So, with Prusa unable to supply their own powder coated sheets, this is the only other option for someone that wants one close to it. Before buying mine, I heard that there was a lot of variance in the sheet, and unfortunately I got one with issues. The photo shows the best I was able to do after a couple hours of manually leveling the bed, with multiwave washers and a modded firmware that allows for 7x7 bed leveling. With the stock Prusa i3 MK3 3x3 mesh bed leveling, I could easily achieve a reading of 0.03 variance across the bed, but prints would still turn out terrible. Calibrating the live Z with a 50mmx50mm square would leave gaps between extrusions on one corner of the square, and filament pushing up from being too close to the print surface on the opposite corner. It was exceedingly difficult to use for more than one manually positioned object at a time.Using a modified firmware revealed the wild variations in this sheet. Some of the included photos demonstrate the wavy areas that are too low (in blue). Using 7x7 mesh bed leveling seems to make this usable, but I'm not thrilled with the amount of work I had to put in to make this sheet work.If you're not willing to put in extra troubleshooting and work if you get a bad sheet, then I would recommend against buying it. If you're willing to tweak things to make it work, printing on a powder coated sheet is great, the texture makes layer lines disappear and gives your parts a super professional look.

Thekkiinngg V4 - Great sheet for any mk3/mk3s owner
I initially ordered this back in January and received a v3 sheet. I had issues with there being a large amount of variance between the high patches and low patches with the sheet. I reached out to the seller for assistance. At first it seemed I was not getting anywhere, but as time went on it became clear that english isn't the sellers first language. Once we were on the same page and the issue was shown to the seller, he quickly worked with me to send me a replacement. The V3 sheet I received was usable in areas, but I had to set my z height lower than I would like. In order to have a nice flat even surface for the lower areas, I would have to deal with the nozzle scraping on the high areas. I understand that I may have had an outlier and there may be some excellent v2 and v3 sheets out there, but I was taken care of with a replacement sheet. Now onto the replacement sheet. I haven't had time to take a lot of pictures but this sheet rocks. The surface coating is much more even than my previous sheet. Prints have no problem sticking to the sheet and a lot of times are already popped off the sheet when I come to collect the prints after they have cooled down. I have printed a large amount of petg and pla on the sheets with no issues. The surface is still as good as new. I love the surface finish it leaves on the bottom of my prints.Since I have received a great v4 sheet, I can say I recommend this sheet. If you have issues just be patient and try to work with the seller. He will work with you if there are issues.

Awesome, ... while it lasted
This worked great for a while! Prints stick just the right amount, and the texture is great. I mean totally amazing! I was sold! However after about 30 prints it failed. (See photos). I started to see a bit of the coating start to change color in the center after about 15 prints. [2nd photo]. Then today a small chip came loose on print 30 [3rd photo]. I can now see the shiny metal. I anticipate this to now start peeling, so I'll flip it over and see how long side 2 lasts, and report back.If it was more durable I'd give it 5 stars. But at this price, 30 prints just isn't enough to outweigh the cost. I'm very sad because I wanted this to work so bad. I was very careful, and followed the directions to the letter. I was ready to buy a second one, but will wait to see how long side two lasts and compare to prusa original when it arrives.Other thoughts:The metal sheet itself is very thin. It's not a deal breaker, but on larger prints I had to use clips on the sheet to keep it from warping if the print started to warp. The prusa and buildtak plates are much thicker.I can't compare to the original prusa textured sheet, but I just got notification that they are finally shipping the originals. So I can update my review once my prusa version arrives.Update: 6/17/2019 side two has lasted much longer. No issues with almost daily prints of PETG in the same spot. I can say that PLA works ok while the heat is on. As soon as the heat us off, prints are loose by themselves. YMMV!
