I bought this for a waterfront property. The item looks great and the actual chairs are very well constructed. The top is a bit too fragile. The whole thing broke apart in a very windy storm. The problem is the top corner connectors. I added Gorilla tape around each connector and it seemed to hold up much better. Product needs some reinforcement, but it is overall very nice and the customer service is fantastic. If you need parts, just ask and you will get them. I do think it is a bit overpriced, but there are not many options. 😊

We love the final product but I would never buy any product from that company again because the instructions are awful. The screws are not labeled clearly and all look the same on the paper. The various panels are not labeled and the written instructions are not clear. It makes assembling any furniture from IKEA a dream come true. It took us five hours to assemble.

I wanted to try out a daybed in our Arizona house after enjoying relaxing in similar in Singapore by the pool. Having seen some costing thousands of dollars on line, I found this one on Amazon and figured it would be a cheapish way to test out if I used it!The assembly instructions were a little tricky to understand, but I laid out all the parts and went through it logically - 3 hours from start to finish with no mistakes - not bad!It LOOKS great - very resort-like and fancy. It's not the MOST comfortable to lounge on - there are hard bars across the bed from the parts that create the reclining backs, and the cushions are a little thin. But with a few extra cushions, I can chill for hours with a book, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm going to modify the curtains a little so I can tie them back individually, and tie them onto the top frame - when the wind blows it can lift up off the frame alarmingly (but I've not lost it yet! Although I did bring all the cushions and curtains in during the stormy season just in case). It also took a few goes to get it to sit level - I have it sitting on separate pavers on gravel and it was tricky to get it level and not wobble - would have been easier to have it on a patio or deck I think.One of the corner connectors on the roof cracked somehow - and I contacted the company via Amazon to request a replacement part. They immediately responded and sent me a full set of connectors and feet - so now I have spares, should I ever need them. Very impressive customer service - thank you.In summary - it's a great value daybed. I'm sure a more expensive one might be comfier - but the ones I found were thousands of dollars and that's not my price range. So I'm super happy with the budget version!!! I feel like I have a resort look in my yard, and I can recline like a goddess whenever I want!

After having visited the Dominican Republic and thoroughly enjoying their sun loungers, we opted to have a similar item of our own. Its a great product for the price. While basic tools are included, it was helpful that my husband had other tools to ensure that the assembly went faster. Word advice lay out all of the pieces and don't tighten any nuts until you are confident of your interpretation of the instructions.

Looks nice but the cushions are extremely thin and uncomfortable. Wicker underneath is also thin and flimsy. Most disappointing thing is a construction flaw. The four corner connections at the top are plastic and bend easily. One bent and the pole fell off. I tried to hot glue it back together but then 2 more bent and broke. Therefore the canopy cannot be used. It happened within the first 2 weeks of purchasing. The poles are metal and if they just made the corner connections out of metal this problem would not happen. I'm trying to figure out a solution.

Good product fit the description. A little smaller than expected but the description fits the dimensions. They were very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful outdoor bed for the price. Cushion is a bit thin, but easily remedied with a memory foam mattress addition.

This is decent at best. A real pain in the neck to put together and the cushions are the furthest things from comfortable but if you’re on a budget it will do the trick. You must be handy and have an extra set of hands to put this together. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this.
