Been using pump fuel for 3 plus years now. Its one of my favorite pre workouts. I use the insanity version. It doesnt jack me up like some other brands do. I think in 3 years time I got jacked up once or twice cause I took it on an empty stomach. Do remember there is different stimulant levels. So pay attention to that. I love the variety of flavors. Thats a huge plus! I use pump fuel in conjunction with several other PMD sports products. And to be honest if I control my nutrition well I can see results from these products. And I personally dont like to use products that dont give results. You need to see results in order to keep the drive alive a d stay disciplined! If your on the fence about buying this or any PMD sports supplements, give it a try for atleast a couple months. I think you will be happy. Im 48, and not a young buck. But I will tell you PMD products have me hitting the the gym pretty hard for my age! Im not ripped and in top tier shape. But im very very active!

Want to fly to the moon like Superman? Want a super pump that lasts for hours? This is the pre-workout for you! I absolutely love this stuff. I hit the gym ready to conquer. It tastes great, isn’t too grainy like other pre workouts. Has carbs which gives you a bit more energy. This stuff is next level. Is it expensive? Yeah, but do you want results or just caffeine jitters from the other brands? I would suggest not taking this more than 30 minutes before starting your workout. I got stuck in traffic on the way to the gym and didn’t make it before the poops hit.

Best pre-workout mix I’ve ever had. Some people commented it clumps. If you use the shaker bottles it gets rid of that problem. No crash and gives me all day energy. Highly recommend. No stomach issues and no jittering. It is pricey but honestly it’s worth it. I was taking phentermine, it’s the only supplement comparable to it, for the energy.

I really only use this product for a pre-workout drink. I like to try different flavors so I can determine which is my fav. So far the Grape is the best 1 for me. Some others are just too sweet & that makes my stomach upset while I’m working out. The Grape, as you can imagine, has a more bland flavor but I think it’s good. This Cherry flavor isn’t as sweet as others I’ve tried in this brand but it’s very thick. I guess I didn’t expect that. When I mix this with water it gives a very thick foam at top to drink through, like a thick head of beer. Not exactly desirable. I’ve tried to leave it for 5 min but it stays foamy at the top. The 3rd thing I don’t care for w/ this mix is it just doesn’t mix well. I’ve tried to leave it mixing for 2 minutes but nevertheless it still leaves quite a bit of granules of the mix at the bottom when you pour it into a cup. When I wash my mixer out, it seems like I’m washing away so much of the mix. Or if I try to get that into my drink then I’m left with a mouthful of the mix at the end. Gross. I just have never had that issue w/ this brand before. I’d recommend the flavor, it is good, but just understand what you’ll be getting. I could probably get past everything except for the foamy head. I really don’t like that. I’ll stick to foam in my beer.

Great taste and great pump, does not mix as well as other preworkouts but still worth the buy for pumps alone
