Twelve Step Sponsorship: How It Works

I love this book… it’s right on and gives ideas and answers questions that the sponse or Spencer might be thinking. It’s a positive guide to being a sponsor and very helpful for any new comer that has questions. It’s incredible. And the personal experience that is shared is right on. I’ve been sober 34 yrs and it has confirmed my responsibilities and the way I was taught. Full of love.

This is a great book to help sponsors get and break down the steps entirely with ur sponsee. And it makes it very easy to comprehend and to the mMessage out. I love this book and I’m so glad I bought it. I feel like I am giving all the information needed for each step to my sponsees.

My Sponsor and I are using this book to work the steps of AA. Im glad I invested in this book it explains every detail a very simple way with alot of meaning. Lets put it this way it keeps me working these wonderfull steps that I know will keep me out of me one day at a time

This book is super helpful and a great guide to walk someone through the 12 steps of whatever program it is that they are in! I have used this book since I've received it and it's helped the journey with working with others.

I've read a number of books on the 12 steps, and on sponsorship and this is by far the best. Great for using as a sponsor, but also very helpful for the sponsee to have a copy. Very convenient in Kindle format, as then it's always to hand. Brilliant. Thanks Andy for putting me on to it

This book although not AA approved has been a very helpful tool for me assisting my sponsee's and myself work through the twelve steps.

Very helpful if you are a sponsor or looking to be one it takes away the fear and gives you the simple answers.
