It turns out color matters!
I really like 3D Solutech filament, and I’ve used countless spoils of it. It usually prints nicely, with good adhesion and no problems. However, I generally get whichever color is cheapest, which means I’ve used almost every color they make. You wouldn’t think it, but color makes a difference in printing! This color (blue denim) seems especially problematic. Lots of stringing and blobbing, even with retraction. It also seems to strip easily in the extruded feed gear. I’ve had multiple failed prints with this color filament even while printing things that print great using other 3D Solutech PLA filaments.Reducing the nozzle temp about 10 degrees helps a little, but for some reason this particular color is very fussy. You can see in the photo the severe stringing and blobbing. This printed flawlessly at the same settings on the same printer with other colors from 3D Solutech. The eggplant purple appears to be the best; I get the cleanest prints from it. I’ve used three rolls already and will probably stick with that color in the future. It doesn’t help to save $2 a roll if you keep getting failed prints!

Good Filament, but not quite the quality
This is an excellent filament. But as with all of the new colors that have recently came out it does not perform quite as well as older colors. On the other side it is better than most of the newer colors. You can see my reviews on other new colors for more detail, such as the Wheat, and Pastel Blue.Overall I have used almost 3 rolls of this color with a .4 and .5 nozzle. The use of a .25 nozzle clogs easier that it should but only with detail and lots of retractions.

Quality filament at a reasonable price
I was skeptical at first because of the price. This filament works well! Printed a 1kg on my Ender 5. No complaints really. I don’t think I would recommend this over some of the other brand PLAs on amazon. I had better results with pricier filaments. For the price this was good.

Great filament at a great price
I've used 3D Solutech PLA for a couple years now. All colors that I have used, including this nice grey-blue color, print exceptionally consistantly in my modified Anet A6 with an e3dv6 clone hotend. I don't think I've had a jam yet with 3D Solutech PLA, the finish is smooth, the layer adhesion is extremely strong (i like to run at 210C nozzle temperature) and the price is hard to beat. I have certInly paid more for filament that was no where near as consistent and reliable, and nothing I've used in it's price range performs as well. Plus ive got those funky little stickers on everything now... 3D Solutech is my PLA of choice.

Sorry I waited so long to use Solutech
I had a roll of white for over a year saving it for a special project, but then I needed it. Wow - so sorry I waited so long to use Solutech filament. I almost immediately ordered two more blue rolls and I love this denim color. Very smooth, good adhesion and great value. If I waste a lot less filament it is a bargain as I make 3D printed bead rollers which use a lot of filament sometimes.

Smooth printing, great prototyping color
Wasn't sure what to expect but the smooth prints and perfect prototyping color spoke for themselves. I got this yesterday and have printed more than 5 models and each has looked as good or better than any of the other filament I've used (Hatchbox, Matterhackers, CC3D)I'm printing this @ 200c with a 50c bed and prints stick while printing and release when cool. Did I mention the fantastic color? I'll upload some samples once I have a photogenic print.I'll buy again - most likely their 8 color assortment.

Good Quality
This like any other Solutech filament i have used, is a great product. The only issue I have with Solutech, is the stringing. No matter what retraction, or temperature setting I used, I'm unable to make the stringing go completely away.

Diva Filament! Used on when had to!
I had trouble printing this filament at first but had to “cater” around itto make it work and do test prints. Nice color, will use until exhausted but I don’t think I will buy this kind again. The company is good though!

Pésimo producto
Material muy difícil de manejar, con pésima adherencia, baja calidad y mal embobinado. No lo recomiendo.
