TestDrop Pro - Water Quality Tester - Test Water in 2 Seconds and Shows The Result on The app

First personal water quality detection device. Allows me to see if my house and fridge filters are still okay or to check the quality of the water coming out of my old pipes. I don't have a clue as to the quality of water provided by the local water company, and instead of relying on their tests done miles from my home, I can test right out of the faucet! Easy to use, and I understand that an updated app will give more information on what type of contaminants may be present in my water. I can send the device with the kids to school to check the water there as well. I'm worried about lead in my pipes and chemicals in my local water source. Now I can test and in 2 seconds I can know if anything has been found. I love it.

In order to use the tester, you need to download an app. The tester will not work without the app.I tried several times to get the app to work, it never worked. This fact makes the tester completely useless.A total waste of money. A worthless piece of junk. Don't buy it. There have been many complaints about the app, unfortunately I didn't see them before my return window ran out.

When you get a red light indicating contaminated water, the device just gives the red light with no further information so it could be lead, E.coli, PFOS, etc. according to packaging. The iPhone app simply adds to the uncertainty because the location details 'could not be loaded because... it requires the use of a secure connection', which it appears to have according to iPhone settings. I feel like I am doing beta testing for a new device and new app. It may get better, with future updates (I hope).

I love the easability of use of the Lishtot droptest Pro. It connects to the app via Bluetooth and keeps a history of all your tests: red or blue; stream, tap or bottled water catagories. It is a must to watch all the YouTube help videos on this product. I am in the water business and the indications given to me by this product have been very helpful.Bruce

Hardly ever gives a good report and all of the good reports are followed by a same water sample of being bad . This thing is a gag gift at best because it says everything I drink is bad . They said the glass I pored the water in had an additive in the glass that made for my bad readings

Always gave a negative reading. Even on filtered bottled water.

I read the negative reviews before buying, glad I tried it anyway. I think there’s a new version of the app because it works great for me. I also got a lot of mixed results initially but you need to actually take two minutes and watch the video and learn how to use it. The instructions on the package could be better IMO but there is a good video on the website.
