Great polenta!
I had never made polenta before, but since I love ALL corn products, I ordered this after finding a recipe for 7-minute creamy polenta. This product is a nice, medium grind, and cooks up to a wonderful creamy texture to serve as a side dish. Refrigerated left-overs are great fried. Ummm! Yum!

Best polenta yet.
A bit pricey but worth it to make the smoothest creamiest polenta ever. Made with some butter and grated Romano, this goes well with my wife's home made marinara sauce.

Easiest / Best Tasting Quick Cooking Polenta
Most of the polenta products on the market are either too fine (cook up mushy) or take too long - I have been buying this brand for 20+ years and it's the quickest and best-tasting polenta out there. I use a ratio of 4:1 liquid (combo of milk and water) to polenta and it turns out perfectly every time. Ready and delicious in less than 10 minutes!
