SWEATFLIX BodyRock Half Ball Balance Trainer: Stability and Fitness Half Moon Balancing Ball with Pump to Improve Core and Ab Strength - Exercise Equipment for Home Gym Workout, Yoga and Full Body

This product came with no instructions and I have been unable to determine how to blow up the half-ball. The pump it was sent with does not appear to work effectively and there also does not appear to be a place to insert the pump.***Update: I was able to locate a customer service email for the company online. Customer service was very responsive and willing to send a new unit if we couldn't solve the problem. However, upon finding an electric pump with attachments that fit the trainer, I was able to get it inflated. The problem appears to have been a defective pump. It appears I will be able to use the product satisfactorily, but it cost me a lot of time.

Really cool bosu ball. It was for Secret Santa. It didn’t come with instructions on how to inflate it but it’s very easy (take out the plug from the bottom and inflate with device). It also came with straps for other exercises.

I use this for home workouts - mostly with SweatFlix .sturdy. Well made. husband or I can use . Very happy with it

The air won't stay in it. I pumped it up, then put the little piece in the back to stop the air from coming out. By morning it was deflated. I pushed down on it and I could here the air coming out, despite the piece that was supposed to stop the air from coming out, being securely placed in it. Not worth the money I spent when I cant even use the thing!!! I want my money back!!! How can I return this useless thing????!!!!

Slow leak after two months and customer service said their warranty covered it for only 30 days. Will not buy their equipment again!!!
