Dark , bold, Smooth. Perfect alone or as a blend
I have a Bias Not gonna lie. I moved from the east coast out to MN for a few years and while I was living out there I was introduced to Caribou coffee, getting their specials in store was awesome. But once I moved back I really wanted that flavor again and that strength coffee. Mahogany is strong, it's strong in scent , strong in flavor , but remarkably smooth as well. I love the scent and being someone who likes flavored coffee I enjoy mixing it with whatever else I have on hand. Cinnamon , toasted marshmallow , hazelnut , it won't out power other flavors it will add a undertone of a strong bold coffee adding the boost of a dark coffee to everything else.

Good medium roast for those who like a more moderate offering rather than bold
This K-cup pod with a medium roast has consistently received stellar reviews from "experts." So, I decided to try it out. My husband loves it, and it will now be a staple in our home. However, for me it wasn't bold enough. I'll probably stick to dark roasts. I must say: it is a good price, especially given its quality.

This coffee has such a good flavor that not much creamer is needed, and I usually like. Lot of creamer. This is my favorite coffee, my preferred coffee.

Mahogany - Absolutely the best coffee from a K-Cup
I've never really truly liked coffee from a K-Cup brewer. The brew temps are too low to fully extract the flavor from the grind. I think this is due to the plastic container's temperature compatibility. But I digress... This particular coffee roast is a cut above. The dark roast is perfect for a 10oz cup and it is so smooth, you don't really need to add anything to the cup and can enjoy it black with almost no bitterness. I usually drink mine as 'bulletproof' coffee adding some MCT oil and a little monk fruit and heavy cream which often makes coffee the background flavor if the coffee isn't strong enough. This dark roast is absolutely my favorite now. I used to drink a Sumatra and it was great, but the cost got to be too high. This is in the sweet spot. Price not too high and flavor spot on.
