Got these at a great price after my earlier abs roller was lost - I did not want to spend Rs. 900+ on a roller, and found this for about 300+. Great quality, use almost 3-4 times a week. Works very smoothly - puts extra pressure on the abs though because of the smoothness. Will definitely buy the same one again if I need to have two...

Product delivered originally had steel bar rust issue. I wanted the product and therefore attempt to replace. Surprised to get another product that had even more worse quality.. I'm spending hell a lot of time to get a quality product from Amazon.. No courtesy what soever to check the replacement product before packing. I will now refrain myself from buying products from Amazon store..

For beginners , it is nice if one knows how to use this properly. Regular usage is the key for better results.
