THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SAFETY ITEM.IT IS ESSENTIAL IT CUTS OUT 60AMPS OR ISOLATES YOUR CIRCUIT.There was zero continuity across the poles. These items are very poorly made with cheap finish and clearly no quality control. this item never worked before it left the factory it was made in.Also the switching mechanism does make you feel like it has engaged. i have purchased several and this is the same for all of them. For such a critical component its so poorly made.be warned.

Terrible, such a high resistance across the contacts that it limits the available power. No good for high power car circuits
